Union Goons and thugs co-opt a tragic event, wrongly, sadly, think they can scare off Undercoverkity

Meow everyone. This is a story that should have never happened, at least not with brain dead union goons and thugs. However, not wanting to miss out out on an opportunity to co-opt something, it appears that the idiots at the OFL have once again decided that they should be THE voice for a very tragic event, an event that had nothing to do with them .

Several weeks ago, a young man was shot on a streetcar while wielding a knife. While the investigation is ongoing, obviously none of the real facts have come to light as to what precipitated this tragic event. However, almost right away, the left wing nut cases like OCAP, anarchists and the OFL were quick to pounce on this as if this was in even the most remote way, related to them. These guys want nothing more than to take all cops down, regardless of the facts. I wonder if any of them have given even remote consideration as to how the cop involved has been effected by this. No , of course not because if they did , they would have to admit that there are still facts to be addressed and answers to be sought. That’s what investigations do. However, these neanderthals don’t want an investigation, they don’t want to know the facts, they just want a lynch mob.

A short time after the shooting, OCAP , one of the city most violent and dangerous organizations, were the first to co-opt this event by holding an anti cop rally. it was very predictable with the usual fuck the police slogans to be heard throughout the rally. it made zero difference to these scum bags that the FAMILY of the young man shot wanted a PEACEFUL rally, simply wishing to voice their concerns in a respectful, peaceful fashion. Well OCAP would have none of that. The usual goon squad appeared and right from the beginning, one can feel the tension building. it was , to use the old cliche , so thick , one can cut through it with a knife. The rally started at Dundas Square and moved towards 52 division where , the crazies decided to rush the station.

A few minutes passed and once again, the family of the person involved pleaded with the crowd that this was not what they wanted, wanting instead a peaceful rally. After about 20 minutes, the crowd moved away to the next location where the young man was shot. A sizable gather was present and this was more peaceful . Then it was off to 14 division, the division the police in the area where the shooting took place. Once there, it was back to the old antics of the nut jobs with the usual and always predictable fuck the police chants, hurling insults to the cops, ALL COPS, the usual accusations of racist crap , you get the idea.

As the evening wore on, only the hardcore crazies remained to do what they do best, cause trouble and pretend to be ” all that ” when in actual fact, they aren’t even some of that. One protestor , Trish Mills, who many will remember from such being an arrestee the line nine arrest in Hamilton , the arrests at City hall and Metro Hall, the arrest in Montreal ( according to her ). Well , at least she is by now familiar with what handcuffs look like. I wonder when she will be fitted for her very own orange jump suit. Well once again, true to form, she was arrested at this protest as well, but rather that make a bad scene worse, credit must go to the cops for letting her off this time as frankly, this would have caused a bigger problem.

So now, we move ahead a couple of weeks and low and behold, the OFL has now co-opted this new protest to be held on August 13 , the same day that the Police Services board meeting was to be held. They had all their neanderthals present, lead of course by slippery Sid Ryan who will gladly co-opt anything for a photo op. Along side him was his sidekick good old Irwin Nanda who we can all count on to to make better, more intelligent speeches that Ryan can ever hope to make. Makes no difference that Nanda had no facts to work with in relation to this shooting but then, when one is a union organizer, facts are a waste of time and serve no useful purpose to them. No one wants to hear facts ( which are still being investigated ) when a good old fashioned ” lets stir shit up ” can fill in for the time being. This is where the other story begins, the story with good old Scruffy Joel Duff my old adversary.

My first encounter with Scruffy Joel Duff came at around my second year at Ryerson when he was still the head organizer at the CFS, ( Canadian Federation of Students ) . This is a highly radical organization that actually does nothing for students , although we as students are forced to pay into them by way of our tuition fees. This is not an option. The CFS is nothing more than a lobby group for the NDP party as frankly , most of these wannabe politicians have their heads stuck so far up the NDP asses , they can be identified by their foul stench long before they actually arrive to co-opt anything. It didn’t take long for me to come to the realization that the CFS was an organization I wanted to stay as far away from as possible, yet somehow, my wanting to stay away from them has brought me closer to them by exposing them for who they really are. Very few people in Canada have a better handle on who they are than I do , although I am not the best authority on them.

During the G20 here in Toronto, Duff was a very visible figure at the main events, His trademarked over sized and over amplified bull horn, the STUPIDIZER 2000 , was only surpassed by his own over inflated ego of himself and his seemingly endless delusions of self importance . Of course , Duff being the walking example of an overinflated ego, always had his trusty, yet equally useless sidekick , Jeremy Salter near by . More on Salter later . During this time, Duff was in a living arrangement with another hard core CUPE 1281 union president, Denise Hammond. Hammond was the director of Outreach and Communication for the Ryerson Student Union , one of the most radical student unions in Canada and home turf for some of the most dangerous and violent anarchist groups in Canada. people such as Alex Balch aka, Flagpole Alex should bring back nightmares to many.

In January of 2011, Duff left the CFS and low and behold, he went to work for the OFL , yes the same OFL rules by none other than slippery Sid Ryan . Well, at least duff is more articulate that Ryan, but then, so is my neighbors cockroach . Jeremy Salter took over the reins as head organizer of the CFS . Oh what a shock … NOT . Was this a match made in hell? Both Ryan and Duff are so full of themselves that they think the world should revolve around them, so, it makes me wonder sometimes why these two don’t just duke it out to see which neanderthal wins the idiot of the years door prize. Who am I kidding, it would be a draw . A going away party was held for Duff that brought out just about all the high end wacko’s of the ultra left wing fringe. Oh how they must have been full of themselves that night, gloating about all the groups they co-opted, screwed over, intimidated, so on and so forth. that list would have been a long one but there was one one person who they could never ever , even dream of doing that to, MOI.

Shortly after the G20 ended, several protests where held to demand some sort of inquiry. Well, Duff and Salter where right there and, as it happened, one such event was held right in front of Toronto Police HQ where Duff proclaimed me to be , and I quote him here : ” … Frank, don’t take my picture. You are the most dangerous and destructive person EVER …. ” . Duff, I not only took one picture of you, I took several . In fact Duff, since then, I have taken a considerable number of pictures of you. Here, have a look at one of them :

Moving right along, Greg from https://kitty.protestnerd.com and I are at the news conference site where the OFL is taking this opportunity to co-opt something that have no business sticking their noses into. Scruffy Joel Duff sees me and tells me that I am not media and that since this is a private event I have to leave. Go0d one Joel, but as usual his, laughable arguments are exactly that, laughable. He then proceeds to place his scummy slimy hands on my camera gear which, if he was the respectable ” journalist ” his claimed media badge says he is, he would know that the first rule is that you never, ever touch another persons equipment , EVER. Oh, and Duff, while your teeny weeny brain may not be able to comprehend even the most basic, simple facts and concepts of professionalism , actually, it will behoove you to know that actually , I AM media and well Duff old boy , I even have an actual legitimate media credentials to support it, from an actual and real organization. So Joel, here is your one and only warning you will get, Should you ever touch my equipment again, I will have you charged with assault. Then , you can learn about real journalistic rights while your sorry ass is reading books about it in the prison library . So Joel, just as a small reminder to you in case your union brain has already forgotten what REALLY took place, please allow me to to stimulate your three remaining brain cells with the following two videos of what actually did happen.

I have said it before and will say it again, unions are for those who want everything handed to them. ( there are of course exceptions to this ) For the most part, they are there for the uneducated and the lazy workers who want everything but want someone else to do it for them. As Duff has shown us, they still love to employ the goon and thug mentality , although I wonder if the rank and file who pay their insanely high salaries would approve of the goon squad approach, as the VAST majority of the members are good, honest, hard working people. Its too bad the organizations like the OFL and people like Slippery Sid Ryan and Scruffy Joel Duff are all that these hard working people have to rely upon.

Its always the same cheap slogans , the same old antics by the same people , the same result

Meow everyone, Well, last night, there was another anti police protest and yes, you guessed it already, the same people who seem to have more time than brains were the ones who organized and ran this event. This time, it was a protest about a very recent shooting involving a police officer and a young man who was wielding a knife on a street car. Now I am not going to speculate on what happened that result in such a tragic outcome, that is best left to professionals who investigate this. The loss of life is always a huge blow to the community an when its such a young life lost, it hits people hard. However, there is another side to this as well. In this case, it was a police officer who made the split second call to use his side arm. There are several videos of the event already posted online and while they show some things , they most certainly do not show the whole story. What brought this officer to make that split second call? Could it have been handled differently? These are are all rhetorical questions but ones that many are seeking to get answers to.

The officer in question, whom we do not know the identity of, is now on paid leave as a result. this is also normal after such an outcome. However, he is likely under a great of stress right now, second guessing his actions, playing it over in his mind as to whether he did the right thing or not, at the time. A life was lost, any human being would be playing this through their mind over and over and over and ………… He needs support as well. Policing is one of the most stressful jobs one can have and while the challenges are highly unique, so too are the rewards of success. However, when things do go wrong, as they sometimes do, they really go wrong. I think that the public has a right to know what took place, and will learn f it once the investigation is complete. I do, however, also need to remind people that since we do NOT know what took place , it is presumptuous for us to conclude that the cop must have been wrong.

As many of you have heard already, some malcontents have decided that they seeming have a better grasp on what is legal than those who actually are empowered to enforce our laws.I am referring to the Line 9 protest that recently ended in all of the criminals getting arrested, as they should have. We had the usual suspects appearing there from Sakura Saunders who, the very day after the new law was passed making it a criminal offense to were a mask while committing a crime, what does she do, wears a mask. No worries Sakura, i have that saved. Next, we get to the heart of the event, the day they get evicted. Now we need to get a small lesson on property owner ship here . Enbridge BOUGHT the property they are working on, meaning, they OWN IT, it theirs, paid for. Enbridge did not steal the land as these morons claim. This means that when a sign is posted claiming that this is private property, that means keep out, it ain’t yours to be on without permission. Enbridge had every right to have the police remove these criminals at any time, but rather than take a hostile approach , they waited patiently , asking the criminals to leave of their own accord. the criminals chose to remain hence they were going to get arrested. I suggest that these idiot READ the trespass to property act before they try this again.

The day of eviction, several persons decided that it was a brilliant idea to lock themselves to the facility. However, I see a rather huge irony here . the three who decided to lock themselves , Trish Mills, Mehgan McLelland ( sp ) and ” Squid Newb ” placed chains and U-locks around their necks :

Hey, wait a second, are these the same people who have claimed that it is oppressive to chain people to objects, it, being a form of control over a human being? Oh well, protesters have never been known to use logic as an approach to protesting. case in point.

While these idiots in Hamilton where heading to crowbar hotel , a larger group of equally brain dead professional ninkom-poops where protesting here in Toronto at the provincial Courthouse. A bunch of the usual pointless speeches where made by the usual suspects that said absolutely nothing. Never let it be said, however, that these people don’t like to talk and hear themselves blabber about nothing. However, the highlight of the day was when they decided to block University Ave. As with many such protests, our good servant and kool aid drinker extrodinare Trey Winney was on hand to show us how its done. Personally, i thin that today’s batch of kool aid had some extra ingredients included in it as he though he was Superman, thinking he stop a truck with his bare hands .

Witless Winney should know better than to argue with something that is far smarter than he could ever hope to be .Winney, you are not, never have been and never will be smarter than a truck. However, here is what the real problem was with this. these professional protesters as usual, don’t care about anyone or anything but their own twisted agendas . university Ave. is what we call hospital row in Toronto . These morons placed lives at stake, literally by blocking roads , preventing ambulances and other emergency vehicles to pass while on an emergency run. I think its about time for the cops to start to seriously clamp down on these twits and charge them criminally whenever they take actions like this that clearly place live at risk.

OCAP ….. part One, an overview

Fringe Groups … OCAP , part one, an overview

Meow everyone. The first two articles in this series covered No One is Illegal, who they are and what they really do. However, No One is Illegal is not the only group who has a reputation of using criminality and violence to accomplish its desired objectives. One of the most notorious of these fringe groups is the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty, or OCAP for short. I call then notorious for good reason as they have earned, sadly, that reputation through various serious actions resulting in arrests, property destruction and the lowest of the lowest form of oppression, using innocent people as “ canon fodder “ .

OCAP postulates that they stand up and represent the poor and underprivileged people of this city, person without homes and person living on various forms of social assistance. On the surface, this is certainly an admirable endeavor and something that we need more of. I did say on the SURFACE, because a deeper exploration of this fringe group shows that they, as a group, do a great deal more to harm these very groups of persons they claim to advocate for, than any potential good they could do, or have ever done.

In this series about OCAP, I will look at their history, the key persons behind OCAP, their past actions, their recent actions, their promotion of hate and the one thing that they don’t want you to know about, who funds them and how they are funded.

OCAP, the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty was founded in 1989 by John Clarke and Sue Collis, with Sue’s husband, the radical native activist Shawn Brant as their bookkeeper.

From what what I have been told, OCAP is not a registered nonprofit organisation, but under a different name, the my understanding, was originally registered as a for profit partnership between John Clarke and Sue Collis. It is my understanding that Sue Collis now living on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory with Brant, I don’t know if the business registration has changed.

OCAP funding is only known to John Clarke but has been generally acknowledge by him to be from some CAW locals, CUPE and their members, individuals and from the sale of native reservation cigarettes. Supposedly the finances of OCAP are overseen by the Executive Committee, but as at fundraising events the money goes straight into Clarke’s pocket, it is unknown if the amounts are accountable to anybody but John Clarke. OCAP has held fundraising events quite recently at the steel workers hall. I will expand on their funding in greater detail in part two of this story.

OCAP and John Clarke are affiliated with an number of groups including the New Socialists who John Clarke described as OCAP’s “Sein Feinn”, plus the Communist Party of Canada, No One Is Illegal Toronto and other groups such as the Federation of Metro Tenants Associations. I will expand in far greater detail the political affiliations of OCAP and how dangerous they are because there is evidence to suggest that some of OCAP’s funding comes from groups such as the FMTA.

OCAP has an Executive Committee which 20 years ago included poor people, it now is almost wholely the children of the elite, usually union leaders’ children, and those of the upper middle class. It is rare for there to be any people of color on the OCAP executive. Mark Brill is a perfect example of this.

While OCAP claims to represent `the people’ if you attend their General Meetings for the non-elites where they get to rubber stamp the decisions of the Executive Committee, the meetings have few members who are people of color who stick around for very long. While OCAP claims to have many members who are people of color these are mostly the Somali members who make up the OCAP Women of Etobicoke (OWE) who mostly only had ties to OCAP in relation to the special diet program. OCAP is mostly a white people while it repeatedly tries to recruit people of color with little success.

My association with OCAP came not as a member but rather, as an observer of their activities as well as those of other fringe groups over the past several years as a street photographer. Being an image arts student at Ryerson University offered me a rather rare chance opportunity to see this organization for a brief moment from the inside. This opportunity was made possible as a result of my involvement with the student union there which was housed in the same building as CKLN. One of the top persons at OCAP, Mark ( aka: Marque ) Robert Brill worked as a technical person at CKLN, the campus radio station before the station lost its operating license as a result of many significant violation of the CRTC act.

Mark Brill personally invited me to the new OCAP offices on Labatte Ave. after they moved to that location from their previous one from a local church. OCAP has since moved again. During the time of my invited visit, they held office space owned by a tech firm n the second floor of an industrial complex. The OCAP offices were in the very back of the building and getting there was like going through a maze. In a rather strange twist, that no doubt provided them with some humor, was the fact that these new ( at that time ) offices were in one of the most desirable areas of the city, by the Don River. This area is the new hot spot for developers at this moment. The building they were situated in was right next to an Audi automobile dealership, a corner unit no less. So, here they were, a group claiming to represent the poorest of the poor, in one of the most expensive, most desirable areas of the city, next to a car dealership that sells some the most expensive cars around. Good move OCAP, you really reached out to the people in those surroundings. I will expand on Mark Brill later on in this series.

As with all previous fringe group offices I have seen, these offices appeared as did the others, somewhat draconian in furnishings with milk crate holding up printers and fax machines, mismatched chairs, old appearing computers, a long flat table to work off of. What I found rather odd, however, was the fact that for an organization that has a long history of questionable activities that flaunted the law, they used cordless phones which even the cheapest of radio scanners can detect. It was almost as if they were saying to the police who could have been listening, “ we dare you to try and catch us . “

Draconian furnishing and surroundings are no accident. In fact, this is a very deliberate way to throw off those who may question the funding these groups have. Most will stop questions things like that, upon sight of the surroundings. The second reason for draconian surroundings is so that in the event of a police raid where items are confiscated, the loss would be minimal to the organization as they would easily be replaced later on. Since my visit there some time ago, they have, fairly recently moved again, back into some local church that is much closer to their target area of Carlton Street near George Street, and vicinity.

OCAP has been called many things but what sticks out with the highest level of prominence is a name that is as unflattering as one can get. It has been stated that OCAP is a domestic terrorist organization. Based on what i have seen of their actions, images and videos posted, in my opinion, I couldn’t agree more with the below stated sentiment.

The trouble is that OCAP uses people who actually believe in advocating for what ever cause OCAP tells them is the flavor of the month. Some of these protestors are, and I hate to say this, live with issues that may make them unaware of exactly what they are getting into. These are cannon fodder for OCAP when the shit hits the fan so to speak, as the main leaders will often be far enough away to avoid arrest. These people they use are human shields, nothing more, to the heads of OCAP. Have a look at the above graphics to show what is actually considered domestic terrorism and you will see why, in my opinion, OCAP is deserving of this.

OCAP has been directly involved in many violent actions of a relatively short period of time. Most people are all too sadly aware of the famous Queens park riot where anything that could be thrown as a projectile, was thrown. There was the equally famous Pope squat where OCAP members felt it was their right to occupy a building that was simply not theirs. OCAP was involved in organizing the G20 protests. OCAP tried to occupy the offices of the liberal party a few years resulting in several person getting arrested. OCAP had tried to occupy the mayors of here recently, resulting on close to forty persons getting arrested. OCAP tried to occupy Metro Hall, resulting on more persons getting arrested. Is this the type of group you want to invite to advocate for you?

And now for good ol’ OCAP rioting at Queens Park

I supported a suggestion made as shown above in a screen shot where it was postulated that OCAP is a domestic terrorist organization. Like any organizations that operate outside the law and openly defy it, they have a recruiting practice that they hope ensures not only loyalty, but also, hopefully, ensures that they get the “ right kind of person “. Most of the people recruited will be nothing more cannon fodder for them, human shields that will act as a distraction to law enforcement while the main leaders, in typical cowardly fashion, remain just far enough away to avoid either detection or arrest. Chances are good as well, that those arrested in support of them will be abandoned, just ask Derek Soberal. He was there to support a protest put on by OCAP at Metro hall as I made mention of above, he was arrested and as quickly, abandoned by OCAP once his usefulness was over.

Violence is not the only tool OCAP uses. One of the thing they harp on a great deal is the special diet allowance for person on disability support. Let me very clear here in that this special diet allowance is needed for many people. However, if you applied for it and DID NOT get it, you have OCAP to thank for it, as they ran a huge scan run by a Dr. Roland Wong who was the so called ” staff Dr. for OCAP. People were not tested for these claimed medical problems, conditions and diseases, but government forms were signed by sympathetic medical professions attesting it was true. They would coach the people as to what medical conditions to claim to get the maximum of $250 per person. For a family of 4 this would result in an extra $1,000 a month in government payments even if they were not sick. The Ontario government said this costed them tens of millions of dollars and rather than hiring additional people to weed out any frauds, they cut back benefits to all including those who really deserved these benefits. The most telling case was that of Dr. Ronald Wong, who signed up almost 90,000 people, few of whom where his patients, receiving $20 per form, or about $1.8 MILLION ( http://m.theglobeandmail.com/news/toronto/toronto-doctor-who-signed-off-on-welfare-dietary-forms-stands-by-his-intentions/article2230094/). Additionally the OCAP Women of Etobicoke arranged busloads of their people, some of whom where claiming 6 or even 8 kids. It is reported that OCAP members involved in these OCAP special diet clinics claim to have signed up some of the people OWE brought in under multiple identities. John Clarke justified it as it being everybody’s “duty to bleed the beast”. I don’t understand why Clarke says it is people’s duty to defraud our governments and what is the origin of calling the government “the beast”. There have been a repeated but unsubstantiated allegations that OWE brought in busloads of people as an organised crime scheme with some of the proceeds possibly ending up offshore to fund the civil war in Somalia and that there were kickbacks from them and Dr. Wong to OCAP’s John Clarke.

OCAP is a very intrusive organization right from the start. Prospective members are grilled about their back grounds, their police history and their political views. My insider, who is a high ranking member of OCAP told me that they take these aggressive steps to ensure that all the members have a strong anti police stance and are willing to protect the leaders when and if it become necessary.

So far, I have offered a small overview of who and what OCAP is and a little bit of what they have done so far. Part two of this article will focus on the who’s who within OCAP. Stay tuned ……..

Be afraid, be very afraid

Meow everyone. I was going to publish my continuing series on fringe groups today, however, last week a very significant event took place that I think needed to be published as a priority. I think after reading this, you will see why this had to be written now but further, this story still has a fringe group element to it.

What took place last week is something we all need to be very concerned with, as it, in my opinion, has all the makings of an “ anarchists for hire “ type of organization where goon squads will now have backing for their cause, and unions will have professional goon squads at the ready, but at what price.

Last week, as with ever year, CUPE Ontario held their annual convention at the Sheratan Hotel in downtown Toronto. This on its own is not overly newsworthy and in fact received little media attention on its own. All the usual suspects where, Fast Freddie Haun as the Ontario President, all the Ontario locals and of course the OFL ( Ontario Federation of Labor ) under the dictatorship of slippery Sid Ryan. This was a convention were policies are made, officers elected and a bunch of patting each other on the back. Of course, no union convention is complete without the usual “ the problems with the economy is everyone else’s fault but ours “. Well, no one ever said unions lived in reality. As usual, a union contingent, about 500 in total even marched in protest to the Ontario Ministry of labor to bitch and complain. Unions are good at that and with fast Freddie Haun as the main speaker, the shrill of union arrogance was over emphasized.

The highlight of this convention was, however, not the bitching and complaining of unions, no, not even how they hate government legislations that rein in unions. No, the highlight was the merger of two unions, the Canadian Auto Workers unions and the Communications, Energy and Paper workers union.

This merger was nineteen months in the making according to the press release.

Pay very close attention to the dates here. The announcement was made, as I stated, last week, the end of May 2013. The press release stated that this was nineteen months in the making, which means that they started to have discussion back at around the time that Occupy Toronto was being evicted. I encourage everyone to read my series on occupy Toronto as linked here : https://kitty.protestnerd.com/category/occupy-toronto/ to gain a far better understanding of the significance that the unions had on the occupy movement here, and what happened when the unions backed away.

A quick recap for those uninitiated was that the unions needed bodies to use as cannon fodder for a widely anticipated strike against the city of Toronto but our mayor basically told them in no uncertain terns that “ this is our offer, take it or leave it ”. The unions accepted the offer knowing they would not be able to get the city to cave in under this mayor, so, the bodies they once embraced, were now as quickly abandoned by the same unions.

The unions stayed quiet for a while in order to not draw to much attention to themselves but by no means where they idle. In fact, ken Lewenza was seen at the Idle No More supporting an illegal blockade in Sarnia Ontario.

The OFL hosted under the name of Ontario Common Front hosted a conference at the University of Toronto were the leaders of just about every ultra left wing radical group / leader, was present. The CUPE convention of last week was no less different in that they too had a major player from Idle No More, Vanessa Gray as a speaker and further, they even had OCAP there to promote themselves .

OCAP very recently “ graduated “ a new crop of cannon fodder. I will get into much greater detail about this in the continuation of my fringe group series, however, I wanted to show here that each so called stake holder has taken steps to add to their numbers.

In fact, even as recently as last night, John Clarke from OCAP was meeting with various groups to as he put it “ plan out for sustained action. “

One of the major differences between this new union and other is who they will allow in as members. Unions usually are open to those who work in certain fields , whether it be steel workers, plumbers, electricians and so forth. HOWEVER, and this is very important to note, this new union will allow anyone to join including those who are not employed at all. I will get into the dangers this presents shortly.

Just a few images above, I posted the official press release for this new merger. One of the most significant names at the bottom of this press release is the name of Roxanne Dubois.

Roxanne Dubois was until very recently, the national chairperson of the highly ultra left wing and highly radical Canadian Federation of Students ( CFS ). The CFS is an organization that claims it represents students in the college and university system, but in fact, they do little to nothing for those same students who pay huge membership fees to be a part of this draconian, self serving organization. It is very common that once a person has completed their term at the CFS, they are usually appointed to cushy union gigs or with other ultra left wing organizations. I can name many who have gone this route but that would be an article on its own.

While according to the press release, Dubois is the director of communications , and, as with all former CFS executive, she is and always be very closely connected to the CFS, and here is were we have the real problem. The CFS is home to the most radical of the university student unions, the Ryerson Student Union being one of those member student unions. These ultra radical student unions are very closely associated with some of the most dangerous fringe groups in the country, No one is Illegal, OCAP and the anarchist movement, are the first that come to mind. Note in the official press release shown above, how the Ryerson Student Union building was home to the announcement. The Ryerson Student Union is one of the largest supporters of the anarchist movement, even having an official student group just for anarchists.

Students need to be very worried about this as well because they may find themselves being forced to pay new student levies, as forced membership, into this new union, something they likely would not want. Another major problem that students should have with this is that since contract workers are being actively invited to be members, student who will try and get those coveted work study campus jobs, all of which are contract positions, may be forced to become union members regardless of whether they want to be one or not. This then also raises the issue of nepotism because well know that unions and union based organizations are the most nepotistic organizations out there, hiring only their close friends, family or known union supporters.

Remember the press release stated that pretty much anyone can be a member of this union. Now, recall that during Occupy Toronto, the unions not only co-opted the movement but also had many paid individuals act as leaders / facilitators to ensure union agendas were the only concerns being addressed and acted upon. Well as we jump ahead, we see clear evidence of unions embracing other radical movements and facilitating radical based meetings and conferences. This new membership position taken by this new union opens the door wide open for these highly dangerous fringe groups like anarchists, OCAP , No One is Illegal and their members to become members and have access to virtually unlimited funding of their agendas ( with strings attached of course ) With close to thirty thousand members on hand now, based on the newly merged unions, those numbers could swell exponentially and those bodies, many of them, cannon fodder, would make a formidable destructive force that would very likely be beyond the capabilities of even the largest law enforcement agencies to handle. In my opinion, the unions are preparing for political war and all that comes with it. We saw that during the G20 here in Toronto.

Several major events are planned for 2015. The Pan Am games will be held here in Toronto but the most significant event will be the 2015 federal elections. It is clear these unions are gearing up for a fight, paving the way to have lots of disposable bodies to do their dirty work for them. This new union and their new membership position is nothing more than a means to not only swell their numbers, but also to add to their bottom line. To wage a war, even a political one, requires significant amounts of money, and by allowing members in, in the way they plan on allowing for new members, it is clear that this new union is not about protecting workers rights but rather, by building up ones war chest for a major battle.

Somehow, the star which is indicative of the communist party seems to be a major center point with these guys. Remember as well that many of these unions are in deep with violent organizations such as the International socialists. I will discuss them in far greater detail in the continuation of my series on fringe groups.

With groups and organizations like this around, we need to understand that these groups are not interested in accomplishing anything peacefully. With guys like Lewenza supporting a clearly illegal blockade, with the OFL holding conferences that are made up with the dangerous and destructive organizations and their leaders as invited guests and speakers, it is not a stretch to postulate that they are indeed getting their troops for a battle. I have little doubt that Toronto will yet again be a major battle ground for the ultra left wing idiots who already one tried to destroy this city in the not too distant past. At least this time , law enforcement will be much more ready and better prepared, they now k now who is behind all this.

Meow everyone. it has been a while since i wrote a story here. I am addressing some pressing needs so my time has been rather limited of late.

A short while ago, i attended the sentencing of a G20 violent anarchist Eva Botton for her role in the destruction of property during the G20 . this was also the very first time I had ever set foot inside the 361 University Ave. courthouse. it was quite an experience to be inside of it. We all hear of news stories that eventually end up in there , sadly, however, it somehow felt very different as I began to walk about the facility . Ms. Botton was in one courtroom while in other court room on the same floor, there was another far more serious case going on. More on that in a moment.

I decided that since I arrived early, i wanted to see some of the other proceedings that this house of justice deals with regularly. I saw cases ranging from drug dealers to assaults to murder. In one case, i arrived at a court room where only two cases were being heard that day of two different persons totaling OVER 160 offenses. I had never imagined that a person would be so intent in a life of criminality that they would commit such an array of crimes. However, this was not a movie, this was very real .

In another courtroom was an other very real case, the case of the guy who killed a Police Sgt, while on Duty with a snow plow. The name of the fallen officer was Sgt. Ryan Russel. Sgt Russell was a young officer with 52 division who was on the police force fo only a little over 10 years. he was recently promoted to the rank of Sgt. which, is quite fast . He was clearly on the way up the command chain. Sgt Russell was a family man, he had a beautiful wife, and very young son. He, like most of us had bills to pay, a family the depended on him and he loved what he did. Below are two images of Sgt. Russell with photo credit to CTV :

The day he was laid to rest, I , along with many citizens of Toronto, lined University Ave for the final procession. I was going to document the event but felt as i got there that no, this is one time, the camera stays in the bag. i wanted to remember his life, not his final journey.

The person responsible for his death was dealt with through the court system and while I, along with many others think that he got off way too easy , I will leave that debate for minds far better suited to discuss that than I can ever be.

However, this was not the first time that cops were the direct target of violence in this city . During the G20, George Horton was convicted of crimes stemming for actions that could very easily have same way .

it appeared that Mr. Horton thought it was perfectly acceptable to assault an Officer on duty, while the officer was still in his car .

This Staff Sgt. , like Sgt Russell, had a family , responsibilities and a love for duty. However, it appeared that anarchists seemed to think that cops are the sole enemy an dare , therefore open targets for their ( the anarchists ) twisted logic of who is good and who is bad. The results where almost as bad, as, one can clearly see that these scum bag anarchists were not interested in who was around, they just wanted to destroy what they could, put lives at risk and target cops whenever possible.

I wonder if Horton , or who ever decided to set this car ablaze ever gave consideration to the fact that they were placing other human lives at great risk .

It appears that when ever there is some sort of protest where anarchists get involved, its the usual crap, ” fuck the police, eat the rich, all cops are bastards and so forth ” . yet, who are the first people even the anarchists call upon when they ( the anarchists ) have a serious issue to have to deal with.

So, this goes right back to Ms. Botton and where she was on this day. Ms. Botton may not have had anything to do with the assaults on the officer on Queen street that day during the G20 , but her comrades certainly did. Ms. Botton certainly had nothing to do with the death of Sgt, Russell , however, i think it was very fitting that she was sent to prison for her crimes against the people of Toronto the same day that the jury was deliberating the fate of Sgt. Russell’s killer, an officer and family person who dedicated his life to serving the people of Toronto, in the same court house, on the same floor. It was a good day for justice that day.

Meow everyone. In part one of this story, i showed how these professional protestors seem to get around yet, one must wonder how they can do this without having jobs to pay for thier trips .

In part two, i wish to focus on three specific persons, many of us have come to know. We already know who Sakura Saunders is , the person who hates Barrack gold, but as yes, has no real plausible, fact based explanation as to why . She love to disrupt meetings as she clearly indicated here :

However, disrupting meetings is not her only hobby . Some will recall that she along with her partner , Darius, recently took a nice trip to New Zealand and Australia. for many of us, it would the trip of a lifetime. It appeared , however, that this was no vacation. In fact, there is documentation to show that this trip had two purposes that are professional protest based. One such document shows that Sakura and other decided to take a nice side trip over some Barrack Gold facilities in a Cessna :

However, Sakura was not the only person spending her ” vacation ” time sightseeing . it appears that her partner Darius was also busy, doing the speaking tour about the recent student protests here in Quebec and what little of it migrated to Ontario.

The image above shows Darius at the Toronto Eaton Center at a flash mob protest rapping . My opinion , he needs to find a day job .

Now, one would think that since these guys live at home ( at the parents of Darius ) they do this because they are broke, have no money and so forth. Well, it appears that professional protesting does have its up side, lots of travel . We all know by now what Darius looks like, but I have not formally introduced Chris Bowan , the other half of this group . So, without further delay, Chris Bowen. They are heading out west to help raise funds for another protest organization that is as radical as what we see here. These professional protestors don’t have a cause , they are really nothing more than goons for hire to what ever cause someone needs disposable bodies to . I attended a meeting some time ago that was a general meeting of the Occupy Toronto movement when it was still in Cloud Gardens , a local urban park . Darius and Sakura also attended this meeting and there was talk of planing some protest actions. I forget the action and the protest target as this was well over a year ago now , but what i very clearly recall was Darius getting up and saying that it was important that ” we make our presence known and the only way that was going to happen was if we disrupt everyones lives “. One person asked ” if that meant smashing stuff ” . Darius replied by saying that “smashing shit is only property and hurts no one, and besides, that the only thing that people understand ” . Well, never let it be said that Darius was the brightest light bulb in the box . So, to anyone out west who is reading this, Darius and Chris are heading your way . Advise the local police dept. to have them free up some jail space for them .

On this past Friday March 15, 2013, there were several major protests going on in various cities. I am not going to discuss all of them here as they were too numerous to mention. I wish to address one were the professional professional protestors were in their usual element.

In Sarnia Ontario the usual Idle No More protestors were at work doing their best to look busy. Sarnia has been home to many other protests by this same flavor of the month protest campaign. Many of the usual suspects were there. One question keeps coming to mind. How do these guys find the ability to pay for these trips ? Remember, as one example Sakura Saunders claims to living off the gratitude of others and living at home.

OCAP uses people like disposable objects

Meow everyone. This past Thursday , March 07 , OCAP decided to hold the city hostage again with their now famous if not predictable yelling, screaming and vale threats .

Now on the surface, OCAP would appear to be doing something important such as advocating for those without homes and living in poverty. There is no question that to have even one person living without a home is one person too many. There are a variety of reasons as to why some are with out homes . There are some who live with addiction issues, mental health issues, some bad luck but while each persons story is as unique as the individual, the common denominator is that each of these person is with out a home. in a city, a country as wealthy as Canada, honestly shameful . I have worked in homeless shelters for several years and have heard many stories from many people. Bad luck and misfortune will swallow up everyone, equally. it doesn’t care if you are rich, poor, tall short, male or female.

John Clarke is the guy who runs OCAP with a band of merry henchmen. They too come from different walks of life. Now this is not a story about the who’s who at OCAP , rather, it’s about OCAP itself and the utter hypocrisy that have now proven to be the purveyors of. Yes, you read it correctly, he asked for SUPPORT AND SOLIDARITY . Now, lets look at another person who was there to lend his support and solidarity , Derek Soberal. Derek Soberal, like him or hate him has been a fixture in the Toronto protest / activist scene since the G20. He has been a pain in the ass to many, some going so far as to say that he himself has instigated many of what has happened to him. he was arrested several time over the past two years as a result of his activities.

Derek is not a bad guy really. He has a big mouth, he loves the attention and love to be in the media. He gets in people faces , drives them crazy , and does not stop. I am not here to proclaim his actions as either good, or bad, I am simply stating him as I know him.

On the night of march 07, the same night of the above mentioned OCAP protest, once again, several persons were arrested when they disregarded the directions from City of Toronto staff and Toronto Police services to vacate the facility, as the city had lawful authority to execute such a vacate order. many left as directed , since it is only going to reflect poorly if a person is arrested. Getting busted accomplishes nothing. Derek was one of those persons arrested. However, that too is only a small part of this story.

During the occupation of Metro Hall, the end was clearly approaching and everyone knew this. OCAP member and legal person for them, MacDonald Scott went so far as to say that his organization would offer help and / or support to anyone who was arrested. Here is an image of MacDonald Scott:

Mr. Scott is no stranger himself to the legal system as he is an immigration consultant his with a legal firm ( there will be a story on this at a later date date ) and also does work with No One is Illegal, another one of this cities ultra radical groups who will resort to using a variety of means as a form of protest. No One is Illegal were one of the main leaders , along with OCAP, of the G20 riots here in Toronto. As an aside note, on the day of this protest in question , he even wore a No One is Illegal t-shirt to the protest event.

Now, recall the twitter message that Clarke sent out asking for support? Well , it appeared that support is only ONE WAY with these morons, as , when Derek was arrested, he was taken to the local police station and was not released until, from I understand, around 2:30 am the following morning. HOWEVER, while Derek was sitting in jail , those clowns at OCAP , the very same ones wanting YOUR support, left after the protest event was over to their nice warm houses, beds and the comforts therein. Derek had NO SUPPORT from them , even though they wanted support. In fact, from what i was made to understand, there was only about four or five other protestors who did wait for Derek outside the station until he was released, none of them with OCAP.

So, OCAP, you have shown your true colors yet again. You use people as pawns for your OWN purposes and agendas, and dispose of them and forget about them once your use of them has expired. I am wondering just how many of your members are aware of your utter hypocrisy. Clarke, I address to you directly as you are the leader of OCAP. You sir are a pathetic coward for leaving a man behind. NO leader worth their salt and reputation would EVER leave a person behind. You come as one, you leave as one, unless you are an OCAP member and them you may come as one, but once done, you’re on your own to fend for yourself when things go south.

I want to be clear here that I am not a fan of the way Derek conducts himself during these events , and have told him as much, Derek is an adult who makes his own choices and has to live with the consequences of the choices he makes. I like Derek as a person but I do not like or support the way he approaches his brand of activism. However, unlike those with OCAP and other ultra radical fringe groups who simply attack those who ask questions of the way actions are done. Derek is willing to talk, listen and be civil about it when entering into a discussion. Derek gets caught up in the moment.
