Another move

Sorry about the long delay in posting this my human friends, it was buried deep in my litter box.  This make five key persons this year who have made significant moves from their long standing  previous positions.

On March 18, 2011 the YFS President received a letter of resignation from Jeremy Salter, YFS Executive Director, who will be leaving the students’ union to become the Organizer for the Canadian Federation of Students—Ontario. Mr. Salter has worked with distinction for the students’ union over the last five years, both as Policy Director and later as Executive Director. With his leadership and guidance, the YFS has developed into a model students’ union leading the way in activism, service delivery and programming. Though he is leaving the YFS, his contributions will always speak volumes about his dedication to the Canadian Student Movement for years to come. The Executive Committee, past and present, wishes to thank him for his dedication, discipline, and determination in fighting for student rights at York University.
