Tomorrow, December 03 is the international day for persons with disabilities as set out by the united nations . every year, my school Ryerson Uiversity has an event to mark this occasion, having awesome guest speakers, films , presentations and other related activities. This year, because of some space limitations, the event was held today . Hey , this is not a problem. However, this year, as in the past two years, there was a very notable absense from the event. My own student union was again AWOL . Not a student union staff person to be seen anywhere to show support for this event…. NOT EVEN ONE. I guess that with this now three consecutive years of them being a no show for this international day , we can conclude just what they really think of persons with disabilities and where we are on their collective raar screens . However, if this was some jack assed protest to protest some bullshit casue to help orpahned tangerine seeds, they would be there like flies to stick with their broken hockey sticks and bristal board plaque cards staled to them , chanting some meaningless drivel thinking they are all that .

How totally and utterly FAIL … CFS , this is what you ARE good at …
OK , so let me set this up for everyone. we all recall that this past June, Toronto was host the the G20 summit. Now, before anyone jumps in to try and kill me , I am not here to express any opinions for or against this summit, I am mearly pointing out what took place here. many of us will have also either read , or heard, or both, about the raid at the U of T Grad offices. this is were Mr. Daniel Vandervoort was also busted for housing members of the Black Block. Keep in mind that i am not offering an opinion one way or another here. Mr. Vandervoort is a VERY loyal supporter of the CFS , and this is where we pick up our story for today boys and gurls .
To get an idea of how this story develops, lets read in full a medai alert:

/ /www.g20.torontomobilize.org /node /639 Toronto – TORONTO SOLIDARITY DEMO AGAINST THE G20
Start: 11/13/2010 13:00
Timezone: Canada/EasternDate: November 13
Time: 1pm EST
Location: Consulate General of Korea (555 Avenue Rd., Toronto ON)TORONTO SOLIDARITY DEMO AGAINST THE G20
We need to send a unified message against the G20 and the police state this institution creates everywhere it goes.
From Nov 11-12 a select few of the world’s political “leaders” will meet for the second time this year to ensure the wealthy continue to profit at the expense of the rest of us. These so-called leaders are promising more austerity measures that will only further the world’s poverty and continue the sale of the global commons from air and water to oil and land.
In Korea this week, as we did in Toronto this past summer and others before us, students, workers and activists are resisting the G20 on the streets to present a vision of a better world, a more just alternative to the corporate agenda. “Put People First” has posted a draft joint statement about the G20 Summit in Seoul here: http:/ /en.putpeoplefirst.kr /g20_org_en Participate in the international collective voice to oppose the G20 world leaders’ agenda – from Toronto to Korea we are united against the G20 and our demands must be heard.
We call on the Korean G20 Summit hosts and their security not to follow in the footsteps of the Canadian Integrated Security Unit whose abuses of historic proportion are too well known in and beyond the city of Toronto. Already the authorities have turned civil society leaders who came to Korea to participate in democratic opposition away at the borders and riot goons prevented the people from expressing their views by surrounding the mass demonstrations in Seoul.
We urge the Korean government that it is not too late to change direction and instead show the world an example by respecting the right to freedom of expression and assembly and dissent, especially for the mass demo planned for Thursday November 11 at 2pm.
This Saturday, Toronto, we will gather at the Korean Consulate in solidarity with the South Korean anti-G20 movement and the Seoul International People’s Conference participants who have been raising their voices loud. We thank them for their courage and resistance. We also hope to celebrate news of a more peaceful approach by Korean police or will demonstrate our outrage.
Bring your banner and noise maker as we make heard the demand for global justice now.FB Event: http:
/ /www.facebook.com /event.php?eid=173346032676613 New we kn ow that the CFS has had direct nad considerable involvment in this event .So , now , let us see what our good freind Mr. vandervoort is up to as it relates this upcoming event:

So , we have established that there is indeed going to be an event, , the event is advertised and even a facebook page is created to get more people to come out . We can also conclude that Mr. Vandervoort created the facebook page , and , with a little research, we can clearly establish that Mr. Vandervoort did NOT get to sleep in as the Grad facilities at U of T were about to entertain unexpected guests .However, Mr. Vandervooort is a trooper and flashbacks to large buses, men in black quebec acents are things that just don’t phase him . he was once again out there today, standing fast at his post , protesting the G20 in south Korea at the concolate here in Toronto. He came prepared, old CFS drop fees signs , in fench of course, not one but TWO different colors of thick felt markers, ( red and black my two favorite colors by the way ) and he was ready to create meyhem and debotchery . The city was going to come to thier knees for what waas done to him when he was arrested at U of T. It would take an army of well trained , police officers to capture him and his merry band of radical protestors . The CFS was going to be very proud of him , he will be made grand puebah of something that pays a huge salery from student dollars but for now, don’t take away his moment of glory . Behold the mighty CFS as they battle the evils of government, striking fear into the eye of every BMW driver who passed by. Small children and furry animals hid for their safety, photographers and news medai arrived in droves, mobsters were asking each other if they had a peice of this action. Vandervoort if the person in the center , flanked by vicuous bodygaurds who will eat your liver if you get too close. The girl on his right ( or the left of the image ) was a freind he saw as a passer by , on her way home from what i understand… she was conscripted. I am looking for a volunteer to advise Mr Vandervoort that we as Canadians abolished conscription many years ago. The lady on the right side of the image , or , to the left of Vandervoort wa son her way to some shopping and had some free time , so , she held up a sign for the camera. Is she on the CFS payroll? Here is the image:
Now that the CFS have taken over the protest world, i will now go and cower under some warm blanket, or the pile of legwarmers laying around .
Now just for the record, from what i understand , all the charges have either been dropped or dismissed against the persons from the U of T raid.

CFS and disability do not go hand in hand ….
Here we have two fairly recent TWIT-er page screen shots of our great CFS ontario organizer and his thoughts on disability .
It appears that Mr. Duff thinks that persons who live with a brain in jury are not well enough informed to make good and sound decisions about who to vote for as the city of Toronto’s next mayor. What ?ypu mean even WE ( persons who live with a brain injury ) are able to vote based on who WE feel is the best candidate ?
Next, Mr Duff reminds un of the Robert latimer case, the person who killed his daughter who lived with a disablity. it seems that according to Mr. Duff this murder should be allowed to go free and enjoy his life , while taking away the life of a person he has the responsability to raise .

Some great and soon to be famous quotes
“… You’re the most dangerous and destructive person I hav eeven known … ”
Joel Duff CFS Ontario Organizer . Hey , does this mean the person he said this to is EVEN MORE dangerous than Charles Manson and Al Capone ?
And speaking of other really stupid comments , here isnone from the GM of the Ryerson Student Center as he and his fellow CFS/ student union cohorts keep trying to find new ways to ban a student. behold the stupidity of this comment:
“… Mr. _______ said that Mr. N. was NOT harassing any staff right now but that they wanted him banned because he would in the future … “
OK , now everyone who reads this is to right away head over to thier local court house and pay a $100.00 fine for speeding. I know, you will not hav eactually received a speeding ticket or were even pulled over , but you will in the future. On a related note, contact the executive of the Ryerson Student Union right away as they will be able to tell you in advance what the winning number combination will be for the upcoming lottery results. This is possible because they seeming know what will take place in the future.

Is there anything this guy actually supports ?
Of does he simply protest because his life is so meaningless and trivial, filled with would have’s , could haves and if only’s , that all he has left is to show is disstain for anyone he does not agre with ? Hey, dude, we pay you hundreds of thousands of OUR student dollars to work for US , not for you to stick your mug shot in front of a sign and show your usual disrespect for anyone who can actually THINK and have a real policy, something you can never dream of ever aspiring to.

Protesters demand withdrawal of G20 charges
By KEVIN CONNOR, QMI Agency
Last Updated: August 23, 2010 9:25pm
TORONTO – More than 100 G20 activists converged on Toronto Police headquarters Monday night demanding the withdrawal of all charges laid against protesters at June’s summit.
“I was offended by the police tactics and all charges should be dropped. We are here to put a call out for justice and we are asking for an inquiry into what was a police state,” said Joel Duff, who protested during the summit with the Canadian Federation of Students.
Some G20 charges were dropped Monday during a marathon court session for more than 300 people who were scheduled to appear for alleged summit offences.
The group, assembled at the police department’s headquarters, demanded that Attorney General Chris Bentley intervene and personally drop charges.
“Crown counsel assesses each case on its individual facts and circumstances and will speak to the matter in court at the appropriate time,” said Brendan Crawley, spokesman for the Ministry of the Attorney General. “As in all cases, the ministry cannot comment on matters currently before the court out of fairness to the victims, witnesses and accused.”
Tammy Moreau had her charges of obstruction of a police officer dropped Monday.
“I didn’t expect the G20 would get as bad as it did,” said Moreau, who spent 24 hours in the makeshift G20 detention centre. “We are here to be peaceful, but we need our message to be heard.”
Anna Willats with the Toronto Community Mobilization Network said it’s really unfortunate the group had to gather to try to get charges dropped.
“They are handing out bail conditions that are saved for very violent criminals and some people’s lives have been greatly impacted. We know how to keep our protests safe, and police shouldn’t be pointing guns at demonstrators. They also should have to wear a name badge in these situations,” Willats said.

Interesting how you semingly defend these acts of criminality yet, don’t even bother to addess REAL STUDENT concerns that you are paid to do .

I am EL Presidente , I run this world …..
A very recent rquest to the person who looks after the finaces of the student union with respects to past staff persons ended up a little on the strange side when the student in question , a student with a disability made a request to get her financial records as part of an application for a student loan. The request was about to be fullfilled until , time went by and no answer was forthcoming. The student went to the office personally and wa stold in a very rude and condesending tone that all requests from her HAVE to be approved by the RSU president. One problem , the president was at a conference , a CFS conference and was unable to be at the school all weekend. the student needed this information by MONDAY. So , from this we can learn that RSU executives use OUR money to go to conferences that have nothing to do with Ryerson students and indeed , ignore Ryerson students . Thanks RSU .

What the head organizer of the CFS really thinks of person living with a brain injury
It appears that according to the head organizer of the CFS seems to think ( or lack thereof ) that persons who live with a brain injury are not able to make informed decisions about local politics.Duff , it may surprise you know that persons who live with brain injuries CAN indeed decide for themselves who they think is the best suited person to run for office.
