• So the february 01, 2012 student day of action was form whom exactly?

Undercover kitty was scratching the furniture the other day and a thought came into my head. The recent student day of action. I wonder, exactly WHO was this action intended for and further, who was behind it ? Lets see what comes up in  litter box.

Then there is this link to help explain things just a bit more:

One must wonder just who’s interests are really being served here, but the students interests are certainly not. Here in Toronto, CUPE is looking for a strike with the city which would be very unpopular as they had a huge backlash against them a few years when we had a huge garbage strike. So, they are seemingly buying support  in the form of donations to  from students unions and the student movement to further their own agenda. Inn deed, it appears that the unions have been buying support over the past several months with many radical groups to garner support, and hope that this support pays off for them with bodies on picket lines.

  • CUPE local 1281 president in action

Good form,  great extension. Glare is, however,  substandard. In future, try red nail polish as it shows better for the cameras and adds a nice contrast to your black t-shirt. Try a make up artist as well,  as one of your hairs was out of place and is distracting to the viewer. Lastly , it would be really nice if you at least showed that you like what you do. People wish to see a smile and you certainly do have a very nice one. Show it off more often.

  • Yesterday, Undercoverkitty was clawing through the litter box and came up with a story about CUPE  1281 and they have made a donation to the G20 legal defense fund.  Well , Undercoverkitty wished to show where it came from

  • At our Jun.13 convention, members voted unanimously to make another contribution to the G20 legal defense fund.

So  CUPE 1281 members,  are  aware that your union dues are being used to help fund the legal fees of people who committed crimes during the G20 last year ?  Is THIS what you pay dues for ? Would you not rather have YOUR money go towards something worthwhile like  affordable housing , or disability accommodation, rather than supporting criminals who destroyed YOUR city?

  • All out in support of locked out postal workers – join the mass rally and picket at yonge and dundas square – Wed. June 22 at 9am!

Let me see if I understand this, You want us,  as students,  to support a bunch of greedy workers who are not happy with making  $35.00 an hour ( while we as students get next to nothing ) and hold the country hostage like a bunch of three years olds stamping thier feet on the ground until they get thier way ? Here is what REALLY should be done with them… FIRE them all and allow those who really want to work , work for them, offer them 20 bucks an hour, ( students, are you listening ? ) . I suspect that these jobs will be filled with gratefull people who really want a job, and are happy to have one. Hey RSU, here is an idea, why not advocate for student workers rights and better pay for students . You speak of better student funding but here you go taugting more government money to already overpaid government workers ….. whats wrong with this picture. Quit kissing  CFS ass already and start advocating for YOUR students , RYERSON students, the very same students you are supposed to represent.
