St. Michael’s Hospital launches first Syrian refugee clinic http://www.cbc.ca/1.3383439 but Canadians are on huge waiting lists for health care .
Fries my ass to see that we have people living in places with no clean water, no heat or hydro , holes in their floors and so forth, all because the government seemingly has no money to fix these long lasting problems, problems that many have been living with for decades , or even life long . YET, miraculously , and in short order, the same government just happened to ” find ” 2 billion dollars to bring in 25-50,000 so called refugees, many of them who will turn out to be terrorists. These so called refugees, will get free housing , where none seemed to exist for everyone else, free, medical and dental care, when others cant even afford to take a public transit bus trip to see a dr. or dentist, free education , they will get $2400.00 a month for EACH one who arrives here . To top that off, as one who wore a uniform in the service of my country, I had to go through six months of security screening to make sure I was not some deranged nut case . These so called ” refugees ” are seemingly screened at the airport upon arrival in 20 minutes , many of them coming in with zero documents. Fuck that bullshit. What ever happened to looking after our own people FIRST …. Too may have been on waiting lists for decades , or even life times, yet these so called ” refugees” get to jump to the very front of the line, even though they have contributed absolutely NOTHING to the betterment of this country. Something is VERY WRONG with that .
What about our own senior citizens . They are forced to make due on $1050.00 per month old age pensions, but we, some how ” found ” money to bring in a bunch of fucking terrorists who get more than twice that amount just to come here , and have everything HANDED to them … EACH . What about our military veterans who put their lives on line for queen and country? what do they get? FUCK ALL . The government claims to have no money for US but has billions to throw at ” refugees ” who will of course vote for them … with their phony passports and phony ID’s …… I love my country , I wore a uniform to defend it, and if called upon to do so again, I would go in a heart beat because to me , my commitment and loyalty to my country did not expire when my military service came to an end . However, as a former member of the military, I do still have to right to question my governments commitment to the people of Canada. do bad my leaders do not seem to have the same approach to commitment and duty to their country , THIS country , and its own citizens , as I do .
So, the next time you are downtown and come across a person sleeping on the streets as shown below, you can comfort in knowing that this person is considered to be of no value to Canadians , has no right to housing, food , anything like that , but we must welcome with open arms, terrorists who are flown here, given every comfort this guy is dying to have ( literally ) . Who is going to tel this guy that he must wait a few more decades to have a simple roof over his head while a bunch of so called ” refugees ” get to jump to the very front of the line and have it all handed to them …. and they haven’t contributed one second of their lives to the betterment of Canada . This is not about the government caring about these so called ” refugees ” , its about buying future votes , plain and simple .
So, now, we have s called ” refugees ” even getting preferential health care, while most of us have to wait months, or even years to receive proper health care.
