Meow everyone. This weekend was a sad day for Toronto. No, no one died, no floods to report on, no car crashes to show you, no, none of that. What happened this weekend showed clearly and conclusively that if you are a supporter of Occupy Toronto and whatever abomination it has morphed into, your support goes towards violence and death, yes, DEATH. No, I have not gone off the deep end, in fact, it’s THEIR OWN WORDS that say it all. There is another really great story on this event which can be found here.

The continuing saga of Occupy Toronto’s demise and deception
The continuing saga of Occupy Toronto’s demise and desperation .
Meow everyone. My regular readers will recall my in depth series on the Rise and Fail of Occupy Toronto, and how utter pathetic this movement was. I spared nothing in my recollections and recantations of this fiasco that occupy was and made it abundantly clear that I was overjoyed to see this parasite of a movement come to an end. I stated as well that it come not have come to an end fast enough.
One area of considerable contention was and seemingly still to this day, are the funds that this abomination collected, and where these funds went. Well, it seems that accountability was not even a consideration to the ever power hungry leaders, facilitators who avoided answering any and all questions with respects to the funding / missing funds.

Update on my last Occupy Toronto story
Meow everyone. in my last story on the Rise and Fail of Occupy Toronto, i poited out how movements like Idle No More where just flavor of the month movements and nothing more. Well, it seems that i was proven correct, by no less that the claimed spokesperson of Idle No more , Pam Palmateer . It appears that she isone of the guest speakers for the , wait for it …….. the MARXIST conference being held at the Ryerson Student Center at the end of May . The only thing that would add more to this would be if Judy Rebick, Winnie Ng and Carolyn Egan also made appearances there . So , who is getting ready to goose step to the conference ?

The Rise and Fail of Occupy Toronto ………. Part thirteen
Meow everyone. Well, this is it, the final segment of Occupy Toronto as I saw it. No doubt some who have read this will disagree with my take on what took place there and where I stand on certain issues and groups but then, what fun would life be if everyone agreed on everything. I hope you enjoyed reading as much I as I enjoyed telling the story.
Where does the future take us
With occupy Toronto, Decolonize and Idle No more in the books and decomposing, what are the future plans for these professional protestor malcontents? We need to first review what took place, Occupy Toronto FAILED because it was hijacked and turned into the private little fiefdom of a select few elite who had agendas that were secret, secret from what was a so called open and transparent movement. Decolonize FAILED because it was run by the same group of malcontents who wanted more power at the expense of every else. Idle No More FAILED because while it was started by four women who had legitimate concerns for their people, it was quickly hijacked and exploited by the same group of professional protestors who supported the criminality that was going on within certain communities. Idle No More FAILED because they allowed themselves to be hijacked by self serving professional protestors like Vasey and Winney who both uninterested in the real issues our aboriginal person have to face daily, as well as having no clue about what the issues really are. For people like Vasey and Saunders, it was all about inflated egos but greatly lacking the intellectual capacity to actually accomplish what they claimed they set out to do.
These professional protestors have short attention spans and in predictable fashion , were ready to move on to other projects. Sometimes, smaller projects are just what is needed to keep one active and keep connections intact and currant. Often times, these smaller projects are simply be their own pet projects. Sakura Saunders, as one example uses her protest Barrack Gold as her pet project. Indeed, April 24 is her day as this is the day she takes her protest ( this year ) to its highest level as Barrack Gold holds their annual shareholders meeting in Toronto. The usual protestors will be there and no doubt, she will have one or two persons enter under false pretences.
Dave Vasey has a pet project as well, the Line 9 anti pipeline project. Once again, these are only pet projects they use as diversionary actions to carry them over until something big comes along, and it’s coming. More on that later.
The unions are using their own methods to divert attention away from what they really have up their sleeves. The Porter Air strike is a meaningless, nothing strike onto itself, but this is being made into some major actions , once again to divert attention from real plans. It is my hypothesis that this Porter Air strike is actually a test bed to try new tactics by the professional protestors, as well, it appears to be a small training ground for new, up and coming anarchists, sort of like a laboratory where different experiments are conducted. ( stay tuned for my next series on the professional protestors fringe groups ) The Porter Airlines strike is, however, not al what it appears to be. Digging deeper into the people behind the airline and those who are protesting it, one clearly can see this strike is a back door into attacking other companies like Barrack Gold and attacking Israel. One look at the directorship of the airline , and then , looking at the various boards these directors sit on, one quickly will arrive at the true agenda for this strike / protest action.
So far, we have seen some of these professional protestors and anarchists drastically alter their appearances to avoid detection, or at the very least, to make identification harder. They didn’t fool me however J One note of some interest here is that on May 01 , our usual May Day parade, the march is planned to make its way to the Porter Air Strike from the city hall start location. This May Day event is organized by another notoriously violent fringe group called No One is Illegal.
The unions are in major plan mode even now. The Ontario Federation of Labor, yes, the organization run by slippery Sid Ryan has had several key meetings and conferences already to organize a major showdown. Most of the highest level anarchists, fringe group heads, student union leaders, occupy leaders / facilitators where present. The event was held at a stronghold of the most violent of the anarchists, OISE , a University of Toronto think tank. There was however, a second event held the same night that was an exclusive event for the heads and most loyal followers / leaders of the occupy Toronto movement, also at a University of Toronto facility. Just as a matter of interest, they hold the anarchist book fair there as well, so there is a very strong anarchist connection tied to the University. The university itself is no the issue here, it is a select group of highly radical students who attend there, that are problematic. The event in question was a seemingly innocent enough event, a birthday party for the person who the Occupy Gardens fringe group, Jacob Moreland. Everyone who was there is a devoutly loyal follower of Vasey et al. Vasey even held a small exercise that appears to the average person as an innocent little game but in fact, it is a training exercise use by the Rukus society as a means to encourage team work and trust.
I mentioned that these people and groups are planning something very big. There are two major events coming to Toronto as well as one major national event. In 2014 Toronto is hosting World Pride. In 2015 Toronto is hosting the Pan Am games with the national event also for 2015 being the federal elections. The unions are posturing for that even now, kowtowing to the NDP party / International socialists, and using agents to infiltrate currant running leadership contenders.
International socialist organizer Carolyn Egan
OCAP organizers John Clarke and Liisa Skofield
An array of professional protestors
Student union organizers
Union organizers
We saw this at a very recent Liberal Leadership convention at the metro convention center with Justin Trudeau being the over whelming favorite to win the leadership role. Other leadership candidates were on hand, as was at least one very high placed professional protestor who has attended and participated in several key events that lead up the significant violence.
At the beginning I said that for people like Vasey and Saunders, it was all about inflated egos but greatly lacking the intellectual capacity to actually accomplish what they claimed they set out to do. Case in point, Barrack Gold will be around long after Sakura Saunders. Barrack Gold did not become the worlds largest gold mining company because they quivered at the sight of Saunders and her band of bristol board carrying twits. As for Dave Vasey, the oil companies will be around long after he’s dead and forgotten about.
I have been saying the people like slippery Sid Ryan actually have plans for 2015. Well, don’t take my word for it. See it directly from the horses twitter feed:
A short time ago, there was yet another one of these meaningless, drivel filled protests, this time, against the Toronto Sun media group, because the professional protestors where called out for their fabricated stories and had their lie exposed and obliterated . So, in typical fashion, they organized a protest rally with about two hundred persons attending at the local offices of the Sun Media group, and did what they do best. They chanted useless drivel, which if you listened to it careful, they actually ended insulting themselves, they shouted at the building because after all, we all know that an inanimate structure does have the capacity to listen and respond. ….. NOT, but don’t tell these professional protestors that. They arrived with signs stapled to old broken hockey sticks, they wore their best protest outfits, reminiscent of the sixties, ( some of them smelled like it too ) They came armed with anger and wanted revenge. In the end, they ended acting in the exact fashion to which they claimed this media group was treating them. They called anyone and everything, racists, of course they had no proof. They never do. But then, in the professional protest world, why ruin a perfectly good, anger filled, protest by filling it with facts. A good, professional, protestor never allows facts get in the way of a good protest and slander campaign.
One of the main reporters came out of the building to start doing interviews and of course in typical protestor fashion , they tried to shout him down. It was funny to watch them attack and attack and attack ad nauseum yet the reporter could hardly contain his laughter at the idiocy of these protestors. The spectacle alone was worth the price of admission. One guy wants to beat the reporter to a pulp, another protestors wants to hit him over the head with his sign, one protestor was so stoned he could hardly stand up under his own power. Yes, true to form these protestors did accomplish exactly what they have done from day one, absolutely nothing. The show was decent enough though. Of course there was a splattering of protestors of all kinds. The little old ladies who asked polite questions, the hippies who would rather get stoned and were there because they had nothing else to do for a few hours, ( don’t they get the munchies anymore ? ) to the always entertaining black bloc anarchists. You always get a good show from them. No, they will not always go and smash stuff up, but when they are not smashing things up, the quality of the name calling alone is worth at least one or two Oscars. These black bloc idiots can hold their own against any six year old who is just about to start their first class in grade one.
For a group who claimed to be a part of Occupy, one thing they should have spent more time occupying, is a classroom, a shower and a clothing store. ( not that I am Mr. Fashion ) Of course, when all was seemingly lost and the protestors were all out of intelligent questions, ( which would be after the first question ) , they resorted to their old standby, FUCK YOU . Well, I don’t claim to understand this bunch of Neanderthals, but my guess, albeit hastily arrived at, is that telling the media guy to FUCK YOU is not likely to garner any level of support and bring in allies. Oh, wait, I am assuming that these Neanderthals can actually think for themselves, silly me. It is exceptionally clear that the only thing idle here, with this bunch, are their brains, for those who actually possess any appreciable cranial matter. Great leaping kitty cats, it just occurred to me, Judy Rebbick might write another one of her books, this time, about Idle No more. Well, at least she will also create a whole new industry, of bird cage liners. I can see the title now, “ Occupy This, the blockade of brain cells “. Hopefully, she will write this mélange of clap trap using small, little words, four letters or less, to allow even Krystalline Kraus to understand it.
Whether it’s Occupy Toronto, Decolonize, the Student protests, Idle No More, it makes no difference to these professional protestors. To them the buzz word is “ Social Justice. “ It always made me laugh rather boisterously when ever I heard the term “ social justice “ because these guys have absolutely no concept of what justice actually is. I have always wondered who bestowed some special power to these people to enact some brand of justice anyway. It is laughable that these people actually think they have the power, and the intellectual capacity, to not only understand what justice really is and how it must be not only fair and well thought out with checks and balances, but then to dispense it. Justice must be fair, it must be based on the premises that all sides have had their opportunity to present their case, before a legal authority as recognized by the state. Its not social justice these protestors want, its absolute anarchy they seek. It appears that anarchy , regardless of form it takes, what name it wishes to give itself comes with a shelf life. Case in point. I received a twitter feed message a short time ago about the possibility of the genesis of yet another new flavor of the month protest or series of protests. It seems as if, as predicted, the idle No more band wagon is losing it appeal and obviously by now, the public is onto the scam that idle No More has become. Support is dwindling faster than an anarchist supply of spray paint. While this is the first message out there, as far as I am aware, it appears that the new flavor of the month is to be along the lines of Confront Climate Change. Now, if these professional protestors can do something about the cold here in Toronto and protest until it gets to about 70 degrees F, and actually achieve the temps I desire, they just might get even my support. I wonder if Trey Winney will be sent out to blockade the snow and cold.
Like any really bad nightmare, the Occupy Toronto protestors went from bad to pathetic in almost no time. They started with allies and turned them into enemies. They went from a household word, to the definition of a pariah. Even the unions who slept with occupy Toronto, divorced them faster than a Brittany Spears marriage. The coup de gras came on January 26 of 2013 when the unions organized what was to be a huge protest for the leadership of the liberal party of Ontario. They came by the thousands, about twelve to fifteen thousand in total. They came from the left, they came from the right, the middle ground showed up and for the most part, it was a schmooze fest where everyone hugged and kissed each other in so called solidarity against the government. In their usual fashion, OCAP was pissed off, the anarchists were angry ( aren’t they always ? ) and the confused remained confused. The anarchists tried their very best to intimidate people once again , but as usual, the moment people started to speak, using big and intellectual sounding words, the anarchists got confused and had to regroup. One of the best lines from the days event came from Greg when he and I were at the park where the protest was taking place. We were trying to engage one of the anarchists into a conversation, however, it proved to be a worthless endeavor. The anarchist in Question, Doug Kynikos seemed greatly confused when we tried to discuss respectful discussion. Greg and I agreed that we needed to move and look for intelligent life. Greg immediately noticed such an intelligent life form, a squirrel. Doug could learn a lot from that creature. Personal hygiene is the first thing that comes to mind.
There were the usual speeches from people like fast Freddie Haun , the Ontario head of CUPE and slippery Sid Ryan the head of the Ontario Federation Labor. I wonder, do these guys get paid by the word on a per speech basis? I don’t ever recall hearing to much of absolutely nothing as what I heard this day, the same thing with each speech, over and over again. If their high pitched whine wasn’t going to induce vomiting, surly what they had to say would. I have to wonder if Krystalline Kraus is their speech writer, because like her articles in rabble.ca, their speeches were about as nauseating, thoughtless and drivel filled.
Only about a year ago, the unions were kissing the proverbial ass of Occupy Toronto. On January 26, 2013, the unions didn’t even acknowledge the existence of Occupy Toronto in any of their less than memorable, if not outright nauseating speeches. With the exception of two or three of the original Occupy Toronto crowd, all the others were very noticeably absent from this event. Even the flavor of the month, Idle No More was barely there, save for maybe four or five persons. Oh, wait, I forgot, the Idle No More bandwagon was doing some water ceremony and according to Krystalline Kraus , no one was allowed to leave until the water ferries told them they can leave. Let this be a reminder to you children, those evil cigarettes and whacky tabacy will get you every time. I am fully expecting that the next Idle No More protest will pay tribute to the unicorn and leprechauns.
Occupy Toronto failed in very much the same manner as the G20 protestors failed, as did Decolonize failed, as did Idle No more failed as will everything these professional protestors will ever do, fail. In all cases, the leaders themselves were, and continue to be, the architects of their own demise. They directly created the very problems they claimed to be protesting, by their actions. Occupy Toronto went so far as to alienate even the most hard core activists by their actions. Rather than try and mend fences with those they have hurt, they, instead took great pains to create even greater rifts between themselves, the public and even the police who went out of their way to show their very best side. Yes, even the police were hurt by what took place during the G20. Every single officer on the Toronto Police force was now going to be under the most intense microscope where those looking for some sort of perverted personal vindication were going to look for even the most miniscule infraction by the police and make a media circus out of something that would have been otherwise nothing.
Occupy Toronto even took pains to turn their collective backs on the very people whom just a few short months ago, they took great pains to exploit. Those persons without homes were seemingly made welcome at the park encampment, even so far as canonized, for being the reason occupy existed in the first place, some even staying with the Occupy movement after its eviction. However, these same persons were largely ignored and forgotten about by these same leaders / facilitators. The persons who had no homes made their own encampments in other parks, ravines and even some private spaces for a while, yet, these so called leaders / facilitators were far too busy kissing union asses, or trying to stay nice and warm in their forest hill homes to even bother to visit the very people they took great pains to exploit just a few months prior.
The Occupy Toronto leaders / facilitators are the text book example of what a hypocrite and hypocrisy looks like, if one where to put a face to hypocrisy. In many cases these persons still outside had little to no food or clean water. I know that myself and others who really did care were not going to watch people starve and suffer so yes, a few bucks when it can be afforded was not an issue. To me, human life has a far greater value than political ideals. As badly as I and others were treated by Occupy Toronto leaders / facilitators, these persons who were ignored by them ( them being the leaders / facilitators ) treated us with dignity and respect.
Occupy Toronto started with grand and lofty ambitions, as does every professional protestor and their intended target, but soon after, they realize that their grandiose plans have ways of heading into their own directions. These leaders / facilitators where either not able to see this, or simply refused to look at and address possible pitfalls, and indeed, fell into the trap of thinking that they were going to control every variable as they arose. In the end, it was their own egos that took control and once egos showed up, all was lost, and lost beyond any hope of recovery. It was the other enemy that prevented them , however , from seeing this, the every present and all powerful, ignorance.
The leaders / facilitators thought they were better than everyone else, their arrogance had a stench greater than the overflowing porto-potties and it seemed as if they were the only ones who where oblivious to its overpowering and nauseating fumes. These professional protestors thought that because they spend most of their adult lives doing nothing but protesting “ the man’ , they knew it all. They failed to take into account that there were many there who were far and away, infinitely more intelligent they these leaders / facilitators were ever going to be and can see clearly that this occupy thing was heading down the irreversible road of doom, before it got off the ground. These leaders didn’t care, as they were going to be paid regardless of the outcome. The only variable in play was the number of new cult members they would gain, the number of ruined lives they would leave in their wake.
Toronto was an angry city over the G20 and these professional protestors were going to try and capitalize on that anger, They failed. As angry as the citizens were of what took place at and during the G20, that anger was actually anger towards those who perpetrated these crimes. This cities peace and trust was ruined by professional protestors with no ambitions but to destroy what hopes existed in other people. These professional protestors had nothing to show for their years of protesting and rather than try and make whatever they can to be a positive contributor to society, they, rather, took out their anger on anyone and everyone who had accomplished something, accomplished anything. If you were well educated, you were a target. If you had a good job, you were a target. If you made sound financial decisions, you were a target. If you lived in a house, owned a car, had a business, yup, you were a target.
I mentioned that some had fallen. One of the persons who attacked Greg was , I am happy to report, finally arrested. Several of the former persons from Occupy Toronto were able to find homes to call their own. Some, like Trey Winney “ drank the kool aid “ and became yet another statistic in the world of cult indoctrination. In Trey’s case, he went back for seconds. In a way, I am happy that he is doing that he thinks is, at least, in his belief , a worth while endeavor. I just hope that his aspirations do not land him inside a prison cell, or worse.
Dave Vasey, Sakura Saunders and company continue to live in a world of make belief and fairy tails where they really think that they will be able to single handedly convince people they ( Vasey et al ) are right. I am guessing, as well, they are still waiting for the wedding invitation between Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. I think I will buy them each a pair of tights and a color marched cape. On second thought, I will spend that money and invest it in stocks and bonds. I hear that Barrack Gold stocks are going to do well this year. One thing is for sure, I will not be buying any of Rebbicks books, no need to, as I don’t have a bird cage that needs lining.
Occupy Toronto did have one very positive after effect. It brought together some like minded persons who would become fast friends, hopefully, long lasting. So to the friends made during this series of encounters and events, we went for a ride and came back stronger, smarter, a little more wise and certainly more aware. I learned a great deal from each of you and I hope that I have become a little smarter as a result and continue to grow, to be a slightly better person as a result of my associations with each of you. Thanks, I couldn’t have done with out y’all.
Lastly, to those who are, or wish to be, my detractors, I have this to say. I don’t care about being liked or being popular. I am not here to win a popularity contest . If I wanted to be liked or worshiped, I would have been a rock star and then y’ all would be worshiping the ground I walked upon. I am not, nor ever will be politically correct. If you want politically correct, call a politician, I have never been or ever will be diplomatic. If you wanted a diplomat call one. I call it as I see it, tell it like it is. I will not change who I am just to suit some one else’s idea of what or whom I should be , for if I complied to everyone’s idea , I would no longer be myself but rather all I would be is some part of some one else’s, desire. NO THANKS. I am true to myself and I will stay that way. If you like it, great, if you don’t like it, equally great, see you , and as you leave, don’t let the door hit on the ass on the way out.
Thee you have it, Occupy Toronto in a nut shell. A pointless exercise, that accomplished nothing, other than creating animosities as opposed to allies. However, Occupy is not the only movement to accomplish nothing. My next series will a no holds barred look at the various major, ultra left wing, fringe groups and what they claim to do, as opposed to what they actually do. Stay tuned ……………..

The Rise and Fail of Occupy Toronto …… ( Part twelve )
Meow everyone. In this section I will be looking at the Idle No More protest and what it really accomplished. The usual suspects , as always play key roles here too but this is not the end, no , far from it. This , as the past failed events are training sessions for something much bigger. For that, you will to wait a little longer to find out.
Idle No More
What amazes me about these professional protestors is that they clearly do not have any sort of employment at least employment in the traditional sense. Frankly, after dealing with many of them, I would not hire them to wash my paper plates as they would screw that up as much as they destroy any legitimate causes, and just as fast. But that does leave one very interesting question, where do they the money to go to all these protests in the first place. Someone has to be bankrolling them. Idle No More would prove to be a perfect example of this seemingly bottomless pit of travel expense accounts. Interesting as well, how the same people who were running the Occupy Toronto movement , the Decolonize movement, the student protest movement wee now also running the Idle No More movement. No, this is not a testament to their superior leadership skills, quite the opposite. It shows clearly that these professional protestors actually don’t have a cause at all. They are simply mindless automatons being controlled by an outside force who need disposable bodies to their dirty work for them. This mentality is a perfect text book example for organizations like the International Socialists, since a true communist does not ask questions, they simply obey orders. Once in a while, they would get rewarded for their loyalty. Trey Winney would once again play a key role, and get his reward.
As time moved forward, so too, new bandwagons approached. This time, it was “ Idle No More. “ This was a protest movement that claimed to be about aboriginal issues, but it has been proven to be any but that. It appeared, based on published reports, that one chief of one band was going onto a hunger strike to seemingly raise awareness of the conditions her band lives in. Now let me be very clear here. There is no question that the native population, do very much, live in very poor quality conditions. BUT WHY? Well it seems that while the government gives these bands tens of millions of dollars to be used within their individual communities, the money seems to flow only to a very small number of persons. In the case of this one chief, as is the case with many others, the chief drives around in a nice seventy five thousand dollar Cadillac Escalade, pays her boy friend eight hundred dollars a DAY, while her band members have holes in their floors, mould in their homes, no heat or water and usually no food , or very little. No this chief as with many others, wanted to draw attention away from their own gross incompetence and mismanagement and use their own people to as exploitive tools to hide behind while placing the blame of their incompetence on anyone and everyone but themselves. Should anything have happened top them, they assured themselves a title of martyr as yet another means of hiding behind facts and accountability. The occupy Toronto leaders / facilitators would yet again, jump onto this new bandwagon and exploit if even further. This time, however, they raised the stakes.
Let me very clear here. I whole most certainly support aboriginal rights and self governance. What I do not support is incompetence, mismanagement, being lied to, being used as pawns and being deceived. It is my firm belief that our aboriginal people have been exploited for many years by a plethora of groups, organizations and even governments. It angers me greatly that once again, these same people who have been exploited, are being exploited once again by people like Vasey, professional protestors , who have clearly hidden agendas, and use whom ever, and what ever means they are able to, to further their OWN goals at great expense to others. These people, like Vasey, don’t care who they hurt or destroy in the process, as long as they get what they want. In my opinion, the title of eco terrorist that has been bestowed on the like minded people such as Vasey is well deserved.
These professional protestors are HIGHLY DANGEROUS to the peace, safety and security of this country. Their goal is to cause divisiveness enough to pit one group of people against other groups while they stand on the sidelines and watch the happenings and do their dirty deeds amongst the confusion and debris they leave behind. They clearly work for other, much larger entities who fund them ( Vasey et al ), who have goals that should scare every honest hard working citizen of this country. People like Vasey, Saunders, Flook are not your run of the mills protestors. They are professional agitators who move from one cause to another, as the wind blows. To put into terms that may be, sadly, easier to understand , Vasey et all are like drug dealers. Their funders would be like the heads of the cartels , Vasey et all would be the main local distribution source who provide the mid and low level dealers, with the anarchists being the low level dealers. ( I am not suggesting that vasey et al are selling drugs, I am using that as a means to show their level on a chain of command ONLY and the roles they play)
These people have little to no interest in the aboriginal people. No, the aboriginal people are merely tools for these professional protestors to further their own goals. People like Vasey et al know nothing about the struggles our aboriginal people have had to endure , yet they continue to create further hardships for these every people. Railway blockades like the ones they organized and participated in did nothing to the rest of the country but it DID cause server hardships to the very aboriginal communities these rail lines serviced.
I do think that the people of Canada were indeed the recipients of all of the above by many of these native leaders, and we, the taxpayers are the ones who are left on the hook to pay the bills. Those bills based on mismanagement are not the only ones we pay, however. This new band wagon was basically the native protests that were planed for June 21 of 2012, but a few delays put them off until later on, about mid November.
Ontario would prove to be a hot bed of these protests as we have many bridges and land crossings into the USA. These would prove to be highly desirable targets to protest, as would railway blockades. However, as with ever protest that these professional protestors participate in, they, very predictably, overlooked a few major details. In this case, the railway blockades they put up did nothing but hurt the very communities these native reserves sit in / on / are serviced by the railways. The railways bring in food, clothing, heating supplies, in fact, just about every necessity for ones existence comes to these communities on rail. So, what do these brain dead protestors do? They blockade the rail lines that feed them. Well, never let it be said that these professional protestors were the intellectual cream of the crop. It was not uncommon for some persons businesses in these communities to lay off workers, or close up entirely as a result of the “ help “ these protestors would provide. With help like that, one needs a very good pitch fork to call friend.
While railway blockades would be one tactic used, another tools used was the old standby, flash mobs. Flash mobs are events created through social media like face book and twitter, where a message is sent out and the hopes are that hundreds if not thousands of persons show up. Toronto was home to several of these flash mobs in busy shopping malls and high traffic, high profile city locations. For the most part these flash mobs would be peaceful events that generated many hundreds of persons, both as participants and as spectators. Often times, the spectacle of the event was more entertaining than the event itself. One or two of these flash mobs were held the largest shopping center in the city, the Eaton Center, in the very heart of the city. One such flash mob generated about five hundred participants and another three or four hundred casual viewers. Dave Vasey and some of his cohorts would attend , but wait, only a few hours previous, they were in Sarnia Ontario for a railway blockade, as well, a pre record release party for an anarchist hip hop group called “ Test their Logic “ . Sakura Saunders is married to one of the two members of this hip hop group. The other member, Chris Bowen is famous for his arrest during the G20 when he was perp walked in front of several onlookers at a riot on the Sunday of the G20. Both are anarchists who prefer an “ in your face “ approach to activism , as opposed to logic.
Remember I said the Dave Vasey and his cohorts where in Toronto for these flash mobs. One very notable absentee was Trey Winney. I had mentioned earlier that Trey had basically consumed the proverbial kool aid and was fully immersed and indoctrinated into the cult mentality. It appears the Trey was left behind deliberately as his first test as a leader in this occupy styled venture, to see if he had what it took to lead people into a protest. So he remained behind in Sarnia at the railway blockade to lead those still there. I had a chance to speak at some length to one person who was there as well, who told me that trey Winney was involved in some digging activity at the tracks they were blockading. He was approached and questioned about his actions but dismissed the person with a rude comment. That blockade was evicted shortly thereafter, however, there was an incident that resulted in a significant fuel spill from one locomotive which passed by shortly after the blockade was over. Very little information was released about this incident, however, its location and timing does make me wonder if Winney was responsible for this taking pace. This blockade appeared to be a test of Winney’s leadership skills and abilities, but it seemed that this was also an indication of what direction these protestors want to be heading into. It appears as well, that it may lead to several actions at once and more new leaders are needed to run several actions. Trey Winney was left there on his own, with, very conveniently, the main leaders far enough away that when things went wrong, they would be free and clear, as they were not there, while Winney would the guy to take the fall.Behold the ramblings of Trey Winney:
I was discussing this rail blockade with a very good and highly trusted friend of mine online as it was unfolding. She had become a very good a highly trusted friend , very outgoing and opinionated, certainly unreserved, and spot on However, unknown to myself and some others, she held a very deep personal secret that was directly about railways and trains. Her secret is her story to tell, however, I fully understand, greatly respect and absolutely admire her resolve as well as her moral character. Many might have given up, she didn’t. She understands better than most the effects and results of what these type of actions inevitably result in. of course, these professional protestors are not going to care one iota about the results and potential effects of their actions, they are too busy destroying peoples lives. It seems to be a full time job for them. Ask Trey Winney, Dave Vasey and Sakura Saunders. Others too would soon take a fall, and it was going to be enjoyable to see this take place.
I very recently read an article in the National Post that describes very accurately just how co-opted both Occupy Toronto was , as well , this whole Idle No More nonsense really is. The article reads as follows:
“ … You’ve probably been wondering what fervent devotees of last year’s Occupy movement have been doing with themselves, since authorities in several countries required them to take down their tents and depart from municipal parks and other public property.
They were a pretty fervent group, while they lasted, determined to overthrow the ruling elite, the existing power structure, and anyone they identified as having an unfair advantage on themselves. Then they just kind of disappeared: without tents in the park, they didn’t seem able to channel their anger into any sort of effective effort to bring about change. (Even in the parks they weren’t very effective, to be honest, but at least they had somewhere to go, and companionship of a sort).
Chaos doesn’t know who starts it.

Occupiers, eco-activists and alleged terrorist among those outside Canada finding inspiration in Idle No More
Idle No More makes good on threats to shut down roads, rail
Now some of them are back again, like old acquaintances, having seized on Idle No More as their cause of the day. The National Posts’ Sarah Boesveld reports that the Idle movement “is offering inspiration beyond Canada’s borders: former Occupiers, eco-activists and even one alleged left-wing terrorist have all cited it as a rallying cry.” (Technology has rendered modern society incapable of dealing with titles of more than a word or two, so Occupy Wall Street becomes just plain “Occupy”, and Idle No More is now a generic “Idle” as in Eric).
Dissidents seize on Atleo’s illness, chiefs call for non-confidence vote
As grassroots protests and blockades took place across the country Wednesday, fresh evidence of dissent among chiefs emerged. Several First Nations leaders told the National Post that some chiefs are considering a move to unseat Mr. Atleo, and recently revealed correspondence between chiefs and political staff show they wasted no time in angling for the national chief’s departure once he announced his brief medical leave.
“These folks who lost out to Shawn Atleo are using the cover of Idle No More to fight last July’s AFN election all over again, and they’re hoping to unseat him — hound him from office and throw the AFN into crisis,” said Ernie Crey, a fisheries advisor to the Sto:lo Tribal Council in B.C. “They would have a heck of a time ousting him, but that doesn’t mean they won’t try.”
Some guy in Wisconsin who apparently wanted to blow up the legislature identified himself as an Idle supporter. There have been protests in Hawaii (anyone who lives in Hawaii and can find something to complain about isn’t trying very hard), Seattle, Anchorage and Sydney, Australia. Others are planned for Boise, Atlanta, Macon and Montgomery, says Idle’s Facebook page. Lots of First Nations members in Montgomery, are there?
Probably not, but it doesn’t matter. It’s the show that counts, the protest: being part of the great angry disaffected world of progressive opposition to The Man. As Boesveld relates:
EcoWatch: Uniting the Grassroots Environmental Movement writer Bill McKibben says he doesn’t pretend to know just what’s happening with Idle No More north of the border, what with its hunger strikes and road blockades, but “it feels like it wells up from the same kind of long-postponed and deeply felt passion that powered the Arab Spring,” he wrote.

THE CANADIAN PRESS/John Woods Aboriginal protestors pray at the end of their blockade of a CN railroad track just west of Portage La Prairie, Man., on Wednesday.
See? Idle No More/Arab Spring, it’s all one and the same. As long as you’re angry at the existing order, one membership card gets you universal access. Summers in the park in New York or Vancouver or Berkeley, condemning the greed of the 1%, winters on a slow boat to Gaza to liberate the innocent victims of Israeli Apartheid. Autumn is for trashing the G-20, in whatever pleasant location they might seek to meet. It doesn’t really matter who you find yourself rubbing shoulders with: could be some Hamas operative intent on lobbying a few shells at Israel civilians, or Black bloc thugs heaving a bike rack through a window on Bay Street. Chaos doesn’t know who starts it. It’s just part of the universal movement to take back the streets (and the economy, and the government) and run it for the people, which means everyone who gets the same kick out of protesting that you do.
Idle No More’s web site says it “began with four ladies … who felt it was urgent to act on current and upcoming legislation that not only affects our First Nations people but the rest of Canada’s citizens, lands and waters. “ It’s a peaceful movement that objects to elements of the Conservative government’s omnibus budget bill that deal with the environment. The photo section is like a suburban family’s Facebook page, with shots kids and nature, and what looks like someone’s vacation snapshot from Beijing. It’s pretty harmless and well-meaning. But it’s been largely co-opted by the great international anti-The Man movement.
What are the aims of The Cause? No one is really quite sure: just as with Occupy, the Idle forces are disparate and leaderless
Sylvia McAdam, one of the original four Idle “ladies” sought to distance the organization from the upsurge of interlopers using its banner to justify a campaign of disruption. “A lot of our children and elders are involved in the [Idle No More] activities, so their safety is our priority,” she said. “If you have an impromptu blockade that doesn’t follow the legal permits, then you’re irritating the public and that’s not the purpose behind Idle No More.”
Well said, but unfortunately the folks doing the disrupting don’t really care, because The Cause is too important, and nothing must derail The Cause. What are the aims of The Cause? No one is really quite sure: just as with Occupy, the Idle forces are disparate and leaderless, a great mass of conflicting emotions united only in their determination to have someone listen to them, dammit, and do something. AFN grand chief Shawn Atleo tried to do something last week when he met with Stephen Harper, and now the movement wants to oust him, because after demanding the meeting, they declared they wouldn’t attend, so whatever Atleo did in there, it was the wrong thing and he shouldn’t have done it. Now they want a new leader who will get with the program and limit himself to loudly making demands, with no intention of ever having them met.
Because having them met would nullify the need for the movement, and then where would everyone go? The Gaza thing didn’t work out and Occupy just kind of died. Idle is all they’ve got for the moment. Otherwise they might have to join the Tea Party.

I recall starting out by say that these professional protestors were / are nothing but a bunch of underachieving hoodlums who are pissed off at anything and anyone who has gone farther in their lives than these moronic professional protestors ever will. They take up causes assigned to them by people who want power and destroy anything along the way that stands between them and their twisted objectives and ideologies . We as citizens are held hostage by these thugs, save for those who decide to take a stand to fight back with their words or cameras, or both. These professional protestors are brave and defiant, right to the point that they approach someone who will not back down. Idle No more is exactly the same. It takes stands against those they claim are the oppressors, and, by now, we all know the usual catch lines and phrases, but when confronted by serious, legitimate, hard questions, these professional protestors revert back to the old standby, false accusations, name calling and threats of violence. At least they are predictable and they most certainly continue to demonstrate their predilection for irrelevancy.
As the story of Occupy Toronto / Decolonize / Idle No more begins to wind down, ( only two more sections left ) the players are certainly not remaining idle. Indeed, they are quite busy orchestrating their demise yet again. Stay tuned ………

The rise and fail of Occupy Toronto …. ( part eleven )
Meow everyone. In the last two sections, I wrote in some detail about how Occupy Toronto was co-opted and by whom. This section will look at the various evolutionary stage that Occupy Toronto morphed into and what the predictable, end result was. Images used in this section are a combination of my own images as well as images I found online.
Occupy Toronto 2.0 …. The Communists are coming
It was a cold rain, a hard rain, in the park near the lake. The grass was all but dead, the trees deprived of the summer leaves, the ground swollen with the cigarette butts, syringes, discarded underwear, wet cardboard boxes and of course the hay bails that were brought in , thinking it would make things more comfortable. The air was afoul from the stench of rotting garbage and overflowed Porto Potties. Even the disease laden pigeons, seagulls and other parasitic organisms somehow knew, wisely, to avoid this cesspool of an encampment. In a span of forty days, the occupy encampment killed off the grass , trees died and the life was sucked of this park faster than an airlock being opened to the vacuum of space. For many, that vacuum was the space between their ears.
The park and the encampment were so laden with bacteria and germs a new medical condition evolved from here, the OCCU-COUGH and the OCCU-FLU. For those who had contracted it, the effects resembled the symptoms of many years previous, when people first contracted Bubonic Plague, and later, the Black Plague. Death was a welcomed alternative. The park was a bio- hazard chemical researchers dream come true. Perhaps that explained why so many looked like zombies, no makeup involved. Just when many thought that Occupy Toronto was finally dead, new players with their own agendas emerged from the back ground they lurked in, like an old Soviet era spy, waiting in the shadows behind the wheel of a KGB Tatra. All the was missing were the dark trench coats, wide brimmed fedora’s, fog, a Lugar pistol with a six inch silencer near by. I can almost hear Comrade Col. Triple X speaking over the cigar lighter speaker as he tells his agent to “ Move in “ .
The old puppet masters, the unions, had abandoned their occupy prize, abandoned the very people they, only forty plus days previously, embraced to a hero’s welcome as the savior the unions had only dreamed of. You see, unions are self serving, greedy, entities that care little to nothing about the members, but most certainly care about their own power and their need to hold onto to it. The unions claimed to hate the one percent, hate corporate greed, and everything it stood for, yet, at the first opportunity, people who have a long history of being professional protesters sought out the first opportunity to capitalize and profit off a movement, when they just days previous, claimed to hate all that corporations where, and stood for. Oh yes, for those who heard slippery Sid Ryan proclaim his dislike for the one percent, umm, Slippery Sid, you make what , about three hundred and fifty grand a year off of the wages and dues of others don’t you ? Not bad for someone who hates the one percent eh slippery Sid.
Judy Rebbick is a well known professional protestor and made a decent living from this, while actually having accomplished nothing with respects to social change as a protestor. Not bad for someone who claims she hates corporations, ( she is rumored to be a professor at, not one but, TWO major universities in Canada ) Funny how she claims to hate corporations but is not uncomfortable working for them, earning a very good living. I just wish she would make up her mind where she stood, and then stick with that position. Wait, she is, after all a professional protestor so a singular position is not in the realm of reality .
Rebbick decided to write a book on her claimed experiences within the Occupy Movement. Books are written to be profitable for corporations, otherwise, a publisher would run away from it. Hey, Judy Rebbick I have no idea what kind of professor you are, but as a protester, at best, you’re forth rate, and I’m being polite and generous. In my opinion, Rebbick embodies the very definition of opportunistic and greedy. As an unfortunate byproduct, she also, in my opinion, personifies the true and literal meaning of hypocrisy. Hey, Rebbick, are you going to take all 100% of the money made from the sale of your book, “ Occupy This . “ and give it back to the very people you claimed to want to help? Who am I kidding, you’re probably going to buy another condo.
Ms. Rebbick was absent from the park for most of the time, however, she was conveniently around for the main stream media and photo ops, just like good ol’ slippery Sid Ryan. I actually also couldn’t help but notice that a period of time, just about every second message sent out on her twitter feed was to promote the sale of her book. Hmmm, for someone who hates corporations, she sure does enjoy making the most use out of them and what they offer as a service, for her benefit of course.
Occupy was filed with people who were there for the sake of public appearances and self promotion, but not much else. Derek Soberal comes to mind as well. He is a guy who proclaims himself as a citizen journalist, yet having a conversation with him, any conversation, one will invariably, within thirty seconds after the commencement of any conversation, be directed into a discussion with him talking about himself and what he has done and what he risked and what he is doing and ……… Remember what I stated early on here. Real activists do things, quietly, sans any fanfare. Sadly, however, often times, as one media hound exits the stage, another one is waiting in the wings to capitalize on whatever they have to grasp onto. In the case of Occupy Toronto, the only thing to grasp onto was the raw sewage left behind.
Occupy Toronto was thrown into the trash can by one set of organizations, only to be revived as a incarnation of something seemingly new and presented as a “ flavor of the month “ group , of the exact same people, who will seemingly accomplish whatever mind numbing vision they had, where Occupy Toronto, failed. They re-branded Occupy Toronto , as Decolonize Toronto. With the stench of Occupy Toronto still lingering, they really should have called it “deodorize”. Some stenches so permeate the air as to leave behind noxious fumes that just don’t go away. Occupy Toronto and now Decolonize was just such a stench. With new pungent partners, the Steel Workers union, the foul, toxic odor that beleaguered and besieged Occupy Toronto would return faster than Krystalline Kraus’s phony sacred fire in a used and rusted BBQ grill.
Decolonize was the next evolution of the Occupy Toronto movement and those who remained as the leaders / facilitators of Occupy Toronto would refocus their efforts on the creation of a new, even more divisive and potentially volatile new movement, and this time, they had new backers, or more correctly, they had backers who strategically remained in the back ground during Occupy Toronto, now take a much more proactive role. However, Occupy Toronto was going to out with a bang, go big and made it very public.
It was January 17, 2012 and the city was involved in serious budget meetings for the upcoming fiscal year. OCAP , some other smaller fringe groups and of course occupy Toronto wanted to make their voices heard, and more so, their presence felt. So, the evening of January 17, 2012, a large group of unionists, Occupy Toronto members, anarchists, OCAP members and a plethora of other low brow fringe and union groups all converged at Toronto city hall. International socialists like Winni Ng, Mohamed Ali Amuer and others where quick to take advantage of this opportunity to advance the causes of socialism / communism.
In short order, these groups decided that the night would best be remembered if there was some good old fashioned rioting. Well, before long, rioting it was. While the level of violence was actually fairly low in comparison the number of persons participating, it was long at about three hours in length and resulted in several persons getting arrested, Derek Soberal being one of them. This then migrated over to a local Toronto Police Services Division where those arrested were taken to, were the protesting continued for about another hour or so.
This city hall action also coincided with a planned re-occupation of city hall, which was moved to the near by Osgoode hall, a facility that is home to the Law Society of Upper Canada, as well, the Ontario Superior Court, Appeals Court. The reoccupation there lasted for about twenty five or thirty days when eventually, the occupiers were again, predictably, evicted. There was a major event that sparked some very serious events that followed that eviction. One of the occupiers was seriously injured during an arrest being made there and it was alleged that these injuries were the cause of excessive use of force by Toronto Police Services officers. It is important to note that the officers were fully cleared and vindicated after a detailed and very thorough investigation. Injuries certainly were of a very serious nature with several facial injuries being highly visible, and there is still the question outstanding of how those injuries , as serious as they were, came about.
Not having been there myself, I am not able to say what actually did happen. Several videos did surface of the event, however, none of them showed any excessive use of force and the officer(s) involved were exonerated of these actions. However, this resulted in another near riot that same evening when an impromptu anti police protest took place and it was reported and verified that one of the protestors actually made some move towards the side arm of one of the officers who often accompany marches to ensure the safety of the marchers, as well, to direct the flow of traffic during these marches.
Has Occupy become yet another fringe group that wanted only violence and hostility? It certainly appeared this way as, from pretty much then on, whatever actions involved Occupy Toronto and / or its participants, trouble was not out of the realm of possibilities and indeed, often times, sadly, became part and parcel of the way Occupy Toronto was going to conduct themselves. Hence, the reputation of Occupy Toronto being just another violent group was well deserved and most certainly earned. Ask John Erb about his arrest while protesting in the very heart of the city, the corner of Yonge and Dundas. He was arrested for drug procession and was dragged out naked from his occu-pod, along with , Adam Kuzmin, a very pro-occupy supporter and loose cannon extraordinaire, also getting arrested for his actions against the police during that same event. Adam exemplified the very hypothesis of occupy being a group hell bent on violence and hostile rhetoric.
Occupy Toronto was soon progressing to “ Occupy Jail “ as these people were getting themselves arrested, when clearly they could have avoided any arrests if they simply conducted themselves in a manner consistent with the by laws, as well as simply being a little more respectful to those who are there to ensure that everyone is safe. This is not a lot to ask and is most certainly not unreasonable as an expectation. Well, optics was never a priority for these people. It seemed that all they wanted was one confrontation after another, and anyone was a viable target. Ask Adam Kuzmim. He would confront you for no reason at all. Well, never let it be said he was the brightest bulb in the box, although, he is one level above Krystalline Kraus.
So, I was talking about Decolonize and moved to some more riots and violence by Occupy Toronto. How did I go from to the other? Well, actually, I didn’t. While there was the occupation encampment at Osgoode Hall, several of the old Occupy Toronto facilitators / leaders , Dave Vasey being one of the main leaders/ facilitators making that trip, made a trip to a reserve at, or, near Kanata. The premises was to enlist the recruit members of the aboriginal community to stage an uprising. Many will remember Oka and Caledonia as two famous and very violent uprisings.
Osgoode Hall was planned as the place that going to play a significant role in this planned native uprising. It was claimed that Osgoode Hall and the land it sits on today was still under native ownership, and natives were going to take it back, possibly by force. I even heard talk as a result of a conversation I had with one of the Occupy Toronto most trusted insiders , about an armed occupation and stand off style confrontation but gladly, this never materialized and indeed, never happened. In fact, Osgoode hall was never again occupied, however, the stage was set for something else. More on that later.
One of the main proclamations of this new Decolonize movement, was to return all of Canada back to the natives. This included the forced removal of all those who are here now, supposedly, back to where they came from. I wonder, does that mean that I would be forced to move back to Quebec?
Well, never let it be said that these occupy / now decolonize people , were poster children of the intellectual society. Well, this was going to bring on a long and drawn out serious of heated debates. I argued, and absolutely maintain that since I was born here, I am as native to this land as is any aboriginal person. I further proclaim that as a person who has served this country, in uniform, in the military, I was prepared to lay down my life in defense of my country. For the record, if I was called up today to report to the nearest military base for return to active duty, I would do so without so much as a nanosecond of hesitation. I firmly believe that as a Canadian, I have a duty and obligation first and foremost to my country, and the protection of the country and its citizens. I can think of no higher honor than to serve, and it was something I was most proud of. The oath that I took in the service of my country does not come with an expiration date. Duty and honor do not come to a conclusion when ones tour of service ends.
This sentiment was rocket fuel to the fire of the usual, professional protestor crowd, Vasey et al. I was not backing down so much as one syllable of my position and actually had some allies who supported my position. For that, I was called everything from racist, to sexist, to homophobic, to misogynist to a white supremacist and everything else in between. Of course when asked for proof of those comments made against me, no one seemed to be able to actually provide any. In fact, the names I was called, was “ standard operating procedure “ for these professional protestors when confronted on their lies. It is actually rather humorous to watch these people try and come up with even a remotely plausible argument when confronted with outright and undeniable facts.
I was not the sole target of lies, slanderous remarks and out right defamation. Others, as well who had some serious questions to ask were immediately targeted in an attempt to silence voices of reason. The attacks were and are geared to the individual, like a bespoke made attack, specific to the individual to be targeted. Those were their, often used, standard responses. They did, however, continue on with some of the old Occupy tools of distraction. The Delphie technique was still very much a tool they used to try and deflect conversations but as before, they failed with myself and others. Their methods were, by now, so obvious, some of us were practically taking bets as to see at what point they would try and bring the Delphie technique into play. Good thing I never placed wagers as I would have lost to Susan every time. She was an expert as not only seeing it in use, but also seeing it as it was approaching. If you got up real early in the morning to see these guys inaction, you slept in because, Susan was / is THE MASTER at spotting this. Oh, and don’t even bother to waste your time trying to deceive her, fool her or lie to her. She can’t be fooled or deceived, just can’t. Its one of those certainties in life, like death, taxes, and, catching the Occupy Toronto / Decolonize leaders / facilitators in their lies.
As the majority of the major unions had decided to greatly hold back their support for Occupy Toronto, one union felt it was their time to step in and take the lead. That union would be the United Steel Workers union. While the majority of the previous unions were fiercely loyal to the NDP party of Canada, the Steelworkers union had its loyalties in another political structure. The Steelworkers were and are very much aligned with a party called the International Socialist Party ( I.S. ) The international Socialist party is based on a Marxist, Leninist, Trotskyist version of communism which is the most violent version of communism. Well, so far, from what has been seen, since the original St. James park encampment eviction, those who ran Occupy Toronto and have the reigns of Decolonize Toronto certainly have exhibited their propensity for violence. It would appear, at least on then surface, that the International Socialists are a match made in heaven for these people. They have the right mix of anarchists involved, and of course, the most violent ones. They have enlisted the most notorious of the fringe groups like OCAP and No one is Illegal, who could not join in fast enough.
The Steelworkers union would provide space to run meetings, training seminars, fund larger activist assemblies, and provide big name, high profile faces to add a false sense of legitimacy to this new movement. Just as Occupy Toronto was co-opted by the unions such as CUPE, OPSEU and organizations like the Ontario Federation of Labor, Decolonize was willingly allowing themselves to be co-opted by the International Socialists. Now just because the big name unions are no longer in the fore front, this is by no means to be taken as them not being involved. No, they are very much still involved and have plans in the works for some very significant future actions, More on this a bit later.
With the International Socialists now front and center, the door was opened up for other like minded ultra radical groups to take their place and be a part of this new, revamped movement. Pro CFS university student unions were welcomed as they had something huge to offer, fresh, young, impressionable, naive and uneducated students just now looking for a cause. These new students were, for the most part willing to be a part of this because they were of course never told about what the real purpose of Decolonize was and, how these leaders / facilitators had envisioned this to take place. The students of these CFS friendly university student unions were paying healthy student fees to the CFS, only to have the CFS back such a dangerous and possibly illegal venture. I will discuss in greater detail the CFS and how they really care ( not ) about the students they claim to represent in an upcoming article
Occupy Toronto morphed from the desire and premises of trying to create ( so they once claimed ) awareness around the need for financial reform, to looking to create an Indian uprising, and both times, predictably and expectedly , they failed. Failure was the only constant, and consistent success Occupy Toronto would attain. Failure was the very best that these leaders / facilitators would ever be able to aspire to. However, they were not quite done failing yet.
The next opportunity for Occupy Toronto / Decolonize to shows it true colors would be the famous May Day parade. This is an annual event in this city, and likely in many other countries. The history of May day has it roots in communist countries where the government would parade it soldiers and military hardware to showcase to the rest of the world, its military might. In Toronto, it was often used as a propaganda tool by the unions to show support for workers and workers rights. The only part of that which was ever accomplished was the part about union propaganda. This year, an added twist was going to be part of the annual may day events. Every fringe group, every ultra radical left wing group, in total, about eighty groups in all, was summoned months earlier, to form a coalition for one huge singularly focused May Day event. Yes, Occupy Toronto leaders / facilitators were very much in charge of this. Remember at very beginning of this story, I stated how these people were nothing more than professional protestors who don’t have goals, but rather, protest where and when they are told / needed.
The leaders / facilitators of Occupy Toronto / Decolonize had devised their “ top secret ‘ plan to use the May Day events as the date for a re-occupation of a park. This was to coincide with the Annual General Shareholders meeting of Barrack Gold. Naturally, Sakura Saunders was very much involved in this planning as the Barrack Gold protest event has been her baby from many years ago. So, the may day parade started from the main downtown core, at Toronto City Hall, made its way through the heart of China Town and ended up at a park about three miles away, but only for a short break of a few hours. The Barrack Gold Annual general Meeting was at the Metro Convention Center downtown, directly across the street from the CBC facility. I knew of the location of the eventual re-occupation about two weeks before everyone else as this was planned in secret and done so , so as to keep the police ill-informed about the final destination. However, the Occupy Toronto brain trust were not known for being the brightest light bulbs in the box. Even Krystalline Kraus would have been able to figure out the end and final location of the re-occupation, even if no one would have told her of the final location.
At 9:00 pm, we depart from Alexandria Park were we ended up at from the march and in predictable fashion, Trey Winney led the march back to the ( not so ) “ secret location”. Trey had one major downfall, however, he could not stay off his cell phone. Oh he would blab for ever, on an analogue phone that any cheap scanner could pick up. He was having a great time talking with the leaders / facilitators about how the route would throw the cops for a loop because they had no idea where the re-occupation was going to end up. So, marching we did, endless marching for almost two and a half hours. Sheesh, when I was in the military, I didn’t have to march so long. We ended up near the ( not so ) secret location and Trey was wondering why there so many cops around still. He phones back one of the leaders / facilitators expressing his frustration that the cops were still around. We kept marching, but ever so close, with each step, to the park.
Finally , at around 11:30 pm, we ended , predictably, at Simco Park, a small park across the street from the Convention Center and directly next to the CBC facility. Oh yes, there were lots of police waiting there already, quell surprise. Trey, in a very defiant tone says, “ take the park “. So, the marchers, all 200 of what was left took the park, with only about 50 – 75 staying overnight. Trey, it may behoove you to know that the only reason you were allowed to “ take the park “ was because it use for the one night was pre-arranged . It was still quite cool and no one in their right mind was going to want to stay outside when a warm bed, a hot shower and food was only a short ride away, at home. Of course, those who left missed the fun, as two or three person were arrested for trying to set up a tent, in defiance of city bylaws. Oh they protested the arrests, but to no avail.
The following day, the Barrack Gold protest took place and in usual occupy style, more meaningless drivel was chanted. No doubt these monotonic chants were surely going to pursued Barrack Gold to cease all operations world wide. All these pathetic chants did was give the local pharmacy some added business, selling headache relief medication. Sakura had the brilliant idea to have two plants attend the meeting in the hopes of disrupting it. Indeed two persons did attend the meeting but where fairly quickly noticed and removed. I was not able to confirm if these two disrupters did accomplish their goals or not. After some more pointless chanting, drumming, and wonderful speeches by Sakura et al, the park was vacated by about five pm the same day. It was going to rain and the hard core, died in the wool professional protestors were afraid of getting their designer cloths all wet, and ruin their recently coiffed hairstyles. The re-occupation accomplished exactly what it had done in the previous occupation, exactly NOTHING. Well, if there is one good thing I can say for the Occupy Toronto Leaders / facilitators, they are, at least, consistent, consistent at accomplishing nothing. They were about to prove me right yet again very shortly.
One protest that took place shortly before the encampment was evicted took it to the intersection of Yonge and Dundas, the very heart of the city. The protestors decided to hold yet another pointlessly predicable blockade of intersection, whereby all traffic was held hostage by these thugs, the usual chants such as “ fuck the police “ and “ kill the rich “ all too familiar. However, this day, there would be a twist that was not going to sit well with many. It was learned that while the Occupy leaders / facilitators where hell bent on pissing off the people of Toronto yet again, one family was sitting , stuck in traffic stoppage Occupy Toronto created, on route to the hospital as their child was suffering a serious medical condition and needed emergency treatment. The leaders / facilitators learned of this but plainly stated that they “ didn’t care, the point had to be made. “ Occupy Toronto created some new enemies that day. The stupidity of these leaders / facilitators where at an all time high and while some of had thought that they had peaked with respects to just how stupid they exhibit themselves as, these same leaders / facilitators were going to show everyone that have the ability to strive to even higher levels of stupidity. Indeed, they would certainly outdo themselves yet again.
As the year moved on, so too, the band wagons arrived, this time, to the tune of the Quebec Student protests. The student protests in Quebec were well publicized as being a protest to oppose the increase in tuition fees. They touted this as a spontaneous protest that sprang up when the government made that announcement. Well, not so fast. It was later learned that these so called student protests were indeed not as spontaneous as they were proclaimed to be. In fact, the very leader of that movement outright stated that these protests were two years in the planning. The student movement offered the leaders / facilitators of Occupy Toronto to finally do something they had been looking to do for a long time, be violent, create animosity and hold the city hostage yet again. Only this time, the public was wise to their, by now, well known method of operation, and stayed away in droves. Yes, many did show up for the first and second student marches, but the people got tired of anarchists and their mindless, pointless, violence laden chants. Here is a lesson when trying to protest in an upwardly mobile middle class community. Chanting “ fuck the police “ and “ eat the rich “ is not likely to gain support, and it didn’t. The international Socialists were in communist heaven once again as their very own student unions would be behind them all the way. Imagine, having ready and willing buffoons who masquerade as student leaders, all, while goose stepping to the drum beat of communism.
The whole student movement protest was, however, a huge scam in that the publicity the rioting students received via news from Montreal was enough to keep people away. Everyone was already privy to the acts of violence and destruction there, and frankly the city was not going to tolerate and support any group or action that was even remotely associated with the Montreal protest movement. The usual crowd was on hand to participate in these student protests and as always, when these professional protestors show up, a whole bunch of nonsense and idiocy is not far behind. The usual bunch of anarchists and malcontents would find their short lived glory days they had been seeking since the G20. Bystanders were often berated by these protestors if they were not in agreement with the protest.
These marches went on for hours at time with absolutely no end location even planned out, let alone in mind. No consideration was even made to account for the fact that the hideous consistent banging of pots and pans might just be a huge disturbance to many small children who lived in these areas. Of course, the usual utter disregard and contempt for the residents seemed to be sole priority. Any legitimate message that could have been made know was not even a thought. These leaders / facilitators wanted no part of logic and reason, they only wanted a disturbance and to alienate anyone who was not with them. As with every protest that is run by professional protestors, nothing, ever gets accomplished. These professional protestors only protest because they, quite frankly do not have the intellectual capacity to retain even the most basic forms of employment. They would be fired from MacDonalds for a plethora of reasons.
The next section will look at the latest incarnation of Occupy Toronto / decolonize. The stupidity meter at this point is peaking near its limit, the brain activity of the leaders / facilitators is almost flat lining, the level of logic is long gone and even Dave Vasey is caught asleep at the wheel. Stay tuned …………..

The Rise and Fail of Occupy Toronto ……. Part Nine ( this is part two of two )
The Co-opting of occupy Toronto
Meow everyone. In the last article on Occupy Toronto, I went into detail about the involvement of the unions and the levels of support they provided to this movement that was touted as being a so called spontaneous protest. Well as we learned in the last article, there was absolutely nothing spontaneous about it. How could it have been. The amount of planning, significant advanced planning, made the whole idea of it being spontaneous an utter fallacy. However, the general masses were of course kept in the dark about all that, as, the leaders / facilitators needed to put on a show that would, in the eyes of the same masses, make them ( the leaders / facilitators ) appear to be brilliant strategists who can accomplish anything with little to no effort. Well, it took little to no effort for them to show how flawed their plans were and indeed, how poorly they had planned, or more correctly how poorly their handlers had planned things out. Yes, there were logistics in place to provide the park encampment with the material necessities , but the leaders / facilitators, their handlers and advisors were not able to control the human element, the random elements that would be the real key to either a success, or failure of Occupy Toronto. The plethora of troubles at the park would be more than sufficient proof of that.
However, what was inevitable and could not be stopped was the impending eviction of the park. It would be a very welcome event to all of the local residents and local business, who were all sick and tired of the crime spree, disease laden, cesspool of bacteria that occupy had become. Going into a level five containment laboratory sans containment suit was less of a danger than risking exposure to what the park had to offer.
It was, however, not quite like that for some of the top leaders / facilitators of the Occupy Toronto movement. In fact, the top leaders / facilitators had quite a good ride out of this. They stayed in luxury at one the cities top hotels, courtesy of the OFL, ( Ontario Federation Labor ) A great view of city from the 27 floor as I recall. After all, the unions were at war with city hall so what better way to keep an eye on them than by putting up a few disposable bodies for a few weeks.
It just so happened that the OFL was holding their annual conference at the same hotel and I would bet you would never guess who were the stars of the show. ( keep guessing, I am not giving the story away that easily ) The top leaders / facilitators were working for the unions to not only provide bodies for future union actions, but also, occupy leaders , facilitators were given direct access to key political allies to fast track certain agendas.
The leaders / facilitators were hard at work, behind the scenes selling out to whom even had the most to offer them. Too bad that these unions, being as notorious as they are for not sticking to their agreements, would offer the moon but only provide a faded , cheap black and white image at the end. The ride in between was nice though, just ask these people here as shown .
As Dave Vasey and his merry band of knuckle dragging Neanderthals were co-opting Occupy Toronto , they were also changing the formula of the movement to one where violence and anarchy was going to be the main headline, and to become the identifying feature of this movement. I do want to point out, however, that not all those who identify as anarchists are the smash shit up type. However, I have seen that at least from the anarchists we have here in Toronto, they are mostly goons for hire by unions and just about any other ultra left wing fringe group. Any possible credibility that an organization may have had in a planning stage is instantly lost the second these goons show up. It always the usual, “ fuck the police, make the rich pay, this is every bodies fault but mine,” and just about every other cheap slogan that one can arrive at is uttered ad-nauseum.
Dave Vasey comes from a rather interesting background. He is educated at York University a hot bed of radicalism and later went to work in the nuclear industry which he left, according to him because it conflicted with his political and environmental beliefs. I can understand and even respect a person leaving something where they felt out of place and it conflicted with them on a deeply personal level. Vasey has aligned himself with some of the most notorious , most dangerous and most radical groups on the planet. The Rukus Society, Greenpeace and No One is Illegal are three of them.
If you live in Toronto, groups like Green peace and the Rukus Society are not likely to be organizations you hear of daily. However, groups like No One is Illegal is better known, if not infamous for their brand of radical protests. During the 2010 G20 here in Toronto, No One is Illegal were one the groups that was front and center in leading black bloc anarchists into a rioting frenzy.
Lets have a much closer look at the people that Dave Vasey is very closely tied to and devoted to. While the persons listed below were not officially part of occupy Toronto, the direction that Vasey wanted to hijack the movement to was very much in line with the ultra radical approaches used by the below listed persons, who, in my opinion , based on their actions, are nothing but urban terrorists, in my opinion.
Harsha Walia recently came to Ryerson University to make a short presentation on women’s’ issues. I had the opportunity to attend this seminar. Ms. Walia was the last speaker in a panel of four in total and her entire diatribe was not only pure fiction , her entire tirade was riddled with hate towards all white males. She actually stated that the “ only purpose white males have is to oppress women of color. “ Well, speaking as a white male, I can say quite proudly that I have never oppressed any woman at any time, EVER. In fact Ms. Walia . it may behoove you to learn that I know a considerable number of other white males who also are proud to come with such a proclamation. Yet, according to Ms. Walia, I, along with three or four billion other white males do nothing but oppress women of color. Actually according to her, we are defaulted to do this. I am guessing that her education was done on some other planet. I wonder if she told the white profs she had that she was being oppressed by them if they gave her a grade she disliked.
Ms. Walia is also quite famous for a video she was a art of where she actually outright proclaimed her support for the use of violence and property destruction during protests. This comment was directly used for both the G20 here in Toronto as well as the Vancouver Olympics which her group played a direct hand in the violence and destruction of property. Harsha Walia is also , if one came give a ranking system to the top ten of the worst of the worst of the anarchists, along with several other from here in Ontario, several of them doing hard time in the prison system for their actions during the G20. Dave Vasey, while not in jail, ( yet ) is one of those on that top ten list. Walia did in occupy Vancouver, what Vasey and his band of brain dead buffoons did here.
Next on the list, of the worst of the worst, is Jaggi Singh. Singh is from Montreal and is the Montreal counterpart to Walia, and no less violent, and just as stupid. He boasts about himself being an anarchist and, as shown in these images, he has little trouble being confrontational. I, on the other hand, have little trouble seeing him wearing orange coveralls for the next 15 – 25 years.
Vasey likes to hang with local malcontents as well. One of his best friends is Farrah Miranda from No One is Illegal. Not a great deal is known about Miranda but she most certainly played a very significant role during the G20 riots as these images show. Yes Ms. Miranda , there are cameras everywhere, some of them could be mine, or not, you just never know.
Next on Vaseys list of professional malcontents is none other than Syed Hassan , strangely enough, also of No One is Illegal . Hassan one also one of the persons charged as being one the very top, main planners of the G20 riots , but it was rumored that a deal was cut were Alex Hundert would serve prison time so as to avoid possible deportation of Hassan. Don’t Worry Syed, there are lots of airplanes that will fly your sorry ass out from here, one way of course. Would you like two of four guards to escort you to your new place of residence? I hear that since this whole global warning thing took off, Siberia may actually be livable for three weeks of the year now. Please don’t hurry back either, as, we don’t really want you here anyway. Syed Hassan was the guy who, during the planning of a flash mob in the Eaton Center in Toronto, on what is known as Black Friday, was actually posting online, encouraging people to steal from the mall.
Vasey does have other, low brow, minions to capitulate to his every whim , but those in eternal servitude to him will end up as he did , arrested, likely in jail at some point and like those who came before him and after him , will blame everyone else for their downfall rather than take responsibility for their own actions. I will finish this part of the story at the very end, as, this is ongoing.
Just for the record, with the exception of one or two images, which I shot, the remaining images in this article were found online via regular Google searches. Occupy Toronto was co-opted by Vasey and some of his idiotic minions and everything that Occupy could have been was killed off the second he came to the scene. This is a guy , who in my opinion may be one of the most dangerous people in the protest movement . He is hard to track down as he moves around a lot. He has no real set cause, rather he takes on causes that are flavor of the month and / or assigned to him by some higher authority over him.
There is a very definite hierarchy in the world of the professional protestor. People like Vasey are revered in the protest world but their credibility comes not from actually positive accomplishments, but rather, cred come from danger level of an action, or series of actions and further, cred comes from the number of police engagements and encounters they have. Bragging rights play a huge part in the credibility of a professional protestor. Public and personal safety are not factors in the thinking process of people like Vasey. I used the example earlier about his rather laughable Halloween bank protest where he and his fellow protestors went to banks to demand that the banks give them money . While here in Canada, we have very strict laws about who can and cannot carry a side arm, if he tried that in the USA, he could well have been shot by bank security staff along with his orts. Vasey et al will, willingly put people in danger, place people at risk, in order to accomplish HIS agenda. He has proven this at Occupy, he has proven this as occupy mutated into other protest actions and he will continue to do this. If he was a REAL leader who really did care about his causes, he would have put a stop to Tey Winney, when Winney was purported to be tampering with the rail lines at the Sarnia Ontario railway blockade in December of 2012. ( as told to be via direct conversation from a person who was there and directly saw this take place ) Yes Trey, Dave, I know about that.
Vasey is not done putting people in harms way just yet. The co-opting is only just getting started and you will never guess who is playing a key role. The very last article of this series will discuss that in detail . Stay tuned ……….

The Rise and Fail of Occupy Toronto ……. Part Nine ( this is part one of two )
Meow everyone. Well, so far, I talked about the people, some occupy plans, I postulated that Occupy was really a cult but now, its time to show what occupy really was, or at least who or what entity was in charge … and it was NOT YOU. In fact all you were was a small pawn to be used when an dif needed and disposed of when your usefulness ran out. This story is part one of two, as there is more to this than what I am writing about here. As before, images used are a combination of images found on the net, as well as my own archives.
What happened to the Money
Occupy Toronto, as all other Occupies, could never have become a reality without an infusion of money, and lots of it. The early question was, where was this money coming from, or, who was seemingly underwriting the costs of this movement? I think it was fairly early on that most persons came to realize that the unions where writing the checks and paying the bills. Occupy Toronto had a huge food team / food tent that was staffed 24 / 7, as was the media tent and of course the logistics tent. However, along with the provision of food services, the food team had to ensure that they complied with city bylaws with respects to the handling of food, cleanliness, disposal and sanitation. While I give props to the food team for the hard work they did, there was no way they could have been able to comply with the plethora of rules and regulations that the food service industry is required to comply with, and certainly, they could not have learned the required rules and regulations in such a short period of time. Not without outside help, and outside help costs money, and lots of it. Just as an aside note, the unions also paid to provide Occupy Toronto a separate state of the art, mobile food kitchen. This mobile kitchen was a 40 foot custom, purpose built trailer, and the cost, along with the renting of a place to park it, was a staggering $8000.00 a month. Occupy had it for two months. It was off site but within a two minute walking distance from the park, with only Antonin having the key. Very few people even knew of its existence.
The logistics team was huge in terms of what they had to undertake. They basically had to provide everything to make Occupy Toronto functional. They were sort of like the city store house. Everything from simple flashlight batteries to power generators where the logistics teams responsibility. Generators cost money, lots of money. Occupy Toronto had at least four of them. There were tents to be purchased. Tables to be brought in, chairs to sit on, extension cords to feed power throughout the park. Fuel to power them. Medical supplies were a huge cost.
The medical tent was one of better stocked tents, and frankly, one of the best run. Trish Mills who was the person in charge of the medical tent / team ran a tight ship with well disciplined, well intentioned if not grossly under trained volunteer staff. While her training was not in question, there was significant question with respects to the training of some of the other staff, especially when I had personally take one person to the hospital who sustained a serious cut to his arm as a result of a broken bottle fight, the glass still in his arm, sticking out. The med staff did not know the simple procedure to secure his arm and get the proper attention he needed. He was fine after several hours of professional treatment. Trish was a very dedicated member of the medic team and she took the responsibilities she agreed to very seriously.
Art supplies ate up a large amount of money. Signs littered the park and had to come from somewhere.
Then, there was a truckloads of fire wood for the so called sacred fires. ( don’t get me started on that ) It seemed as if there were three or four so called sacred fires going on at any one time, depending on where in the park one was.
There were of course were the famous Yurts Occupy Toronto had. These Yurts were provided to Occupy Toronto as gifts from OPSEU, the Ontario Public Service Employees Union. In total, Occupy Toronto had three of them worth a total of around $25,000.00 dollars. These were GIFTS from OPSEU that were taken back the second the park was evicted. Hmmm, some gift … wait, we ARE talking about opportunistic and greedy unions here.
There were a small city of Porto potties along with the cleaning and maintaining of them. Well, someone forgot to clean them as the stench from them could be noticed miles away. I was lucky in that I have a residence literally across the street so when I make use of a washroom, I just had cross the street. Trust me, it was worth the walk.
In total, there was somewhere between 40 – 50 thousand dollars invested in the Occupy Toronto encampment in materials alone. Of course these were all provided by the unions. The OFL, ( Ontario federation of Labor ) also provided hotel suites for the leaders or facilitators during Occupy Toronto, as well, for about two weeks beyond the actual eviction, all expenses paid of course. Then, there were the perqs that these same leaders or facilitators received. There were free all expenses paid ( that included travel costs, hotel and food ) trips to New York City for a week, as well, each person going received two thousand dollars in fun money to go. The same leaders or facilitators received the latest IPhones, free of course, courtesy of the unions. It was rumored that Taylor Flook even got to take a nice one week cruise after occupy ended, all for free of course. ( Keep in mind that I say it was rumored and as such, was not outright proven ) That was just the money the unions put up.
Along with the unions who funded Occupy Toronto, there was a small bank vault of personal financial donations, in cash of course, with a few cheques thrown in. Claudia Rodregez who was a president of the Green party in Wood bridge Ontario opened up a bank account for Occupy Toronto under some foundation she was also involved with. It was never made clear how much money went into that account and what ended up happening to it / with it. Antonin Mongeau who ran the food team was also rumored to have had a bank account opened for Occupy Toronto exclusively to run the food team .
Each of the major areas, Food, Logistics and Media also had a cash donation box which was administered by the heads of these respective sections. Tens of thousands of dollars was raised but never accounted for. We do know that the logistics person took $2000.00 for his rent and another $1700.00 to throw a rave party. Logistics was a major donation spot and it collected around $15 – $20,000.00 in cash alone. That rave party was held in a church that house a very rare antique pipe organ that was heavily damaged during this rave party. Occupy Toronto leaders never took action to recover those funds, simply saying it was not an issue. Wow, $ 3700.00 dollars going poof and that’s not an issue? Must be nice. There was never seemingly any money available for even the simplest of projects, however, the leaders / facilitators always seemed to be able to access funds for their pet projects, without so much as a peep of decent. I could not help but notice how many of them sported new MAC laptops, as one example. We know that there was at least $4500.00 in cheques. We know that the food area took in at least $10,000.00 in cash. There were also the smaller donation collected from street busking around Occupy and it netted an easy $4 – 5,000.00 in small change. By my math, even at the lowest end number, Occupy Toronto had collected about $20 – $25,000.00 in cold hard cash. That, is over and above the money the unions had paid out to run Occupy Toronto. Some of us wanted some answers to a few hard questions that were going to be asked of these facilitators.
During the park encampment, the worst kept secret were the ongoing secret, invitation only meetings that were exclusive to the inner circle of Occupy Toronto ONLY, an organization that touted full openness and full transparency . It seemed that everyone knew about them, but these facilitators were so out and out full of themselves that they really thought that no one would ever learn of these secret meetings. WRONG. However, even once Occupy Toronto was evicted, the secret meetings did not stop. In fact, Susan learned of one such meeting and quickly asked Lawrence and myself to come out. What happened there was comical, but also, very much an example of the two faced approach Occupy Toronto had towards things like openness and transparency. The meeting was attended by Peter Gill who was well entrenched with Occupy, Sarah Rotz, Mischa Saunders, Kevin Konnyu, Fred Steven, and crashed by Susan , Lawrence and myself. ( there may have been one or two others there but if so, I cannot recall the names ) Lawence and I are somewhat predictable in what we are going to do. We don’t waste time with bullshit niceties, hell, just go for the throat right off the bat and see who survives, and for how long. Susan is quite different. She is very calculating and methodical. I suspect she knew what Lawrence and I would do, and while we did our thing, Susan simply observed, listened to what they said and made mental notes. You don’t get anything by her and don’t ever make the mistake of thinking that her quiet demeanor is a sign of weakness. Quite the opposite. She is very skilled at listening and nothing gets past her, NOTHING. She listens, and then starts her research and digging. Susan is one of the best, of the best, researchers I have even known. If you said, if you thought it, if you had a dream about it, she WILL find out. If you had a detention in grade two, she probably knows who your teacher was, who the principle was and why you had said detention, way back then.
The question of the finances of Occupy Toronto would be, possibly the first real visible sign that Occupy Toronto was being manipulated and controlled by the unions , as well, it was perhaps the first time we saw what was the real weakness of the leaders. The leaders / facilitators were put on the spot and asked some very hard, direct, tough questions, knew that we were not leaving without answers. Possibly for the first time, they were confronted without the guidance of the unions script to formulate answers to what was, this point, scripted and predictable, soft ball questions. The leaders / facilitators were asked hard, direct questions, with those questions coming from all sides at once. They could, not only not keep up, but they were forced to answer on the spot, sans notes and handlers to guide and advise them . Lawrence asked most of the questions and just would not relent. This clearly and obviously flustered the leaders / facilitators. There was discussion about Antonin and I was getting really irritated at how they were defaming and slandering him . I recall saying that the next word that comes out of any ones mouth, that slanders or defames Antonin will result in me writing up the documents to take legal actions directly against those present in the form of a lawsuit for libel, slander and defamation. Kevin Konnyu was so utterly beside himself after I said that, he knew I was not joking. He stated that he felt seriously unsafe saying anything anymore because he didn’t know what would be used against him if it went that far. Sarah Rotz and Mischa Saunders tried to Delphi us yet again but again, failed when we simply kept asking and asking and asking and asking and …….. Finally, Mischa Saunders spewed out some answer that was so obviously untrue that possibly the only person who would be stupid enough to actually believe what he said would have been Krystalline Kraus. ( remember, she is the person I referred to as possibly being the stupidest human being I have ever met in my entire life. ) this lasted for may 30 minutes but we got what we came for. We knew that the answer they offered up was so utterly untrue, but what they did do was now, open the door wide open to us doing what we did best, DIG, and dig we did.
Here is a video of one of these secret meetings we crashed to get answers :
http:
/ /www.youtube.com /watch?v=dsMhCEklMck Misscha Saunders proclaimed in his monotone facilitator occupy cult leader voice that there was only about $3500.00 – $ 4000.00 in the hands of Occupy Toronto. Well, we laughed that off pretty quickly and Mischa Saunders would be caught in that lie on two occasions, later on.
If there was one thing that many of us learned about the Occupy movement, it would be that nothing is as it appeared to be. Every question answered, produced ten others, with the original question being left unanswered, or at least, not honestly answered. These facilitators were master manipulators and well trained to be evasive and deceptive. Their actions were very much in line with what we have all seen as actions undertaken by unions. It was not hard to see who controlled who, and what. However, as devious as unions are, they are, at the end of the day, a business no different than a host of other corporations they either love, or hate. As a business, unions are out to make money and they loath having to spend money without any return on their investment. While this has never been proven, and in fact, just a theory of mine, I postulate the following theory as to where the money actually went:
The unions had invested a significant amount of union / member funds into Occupy Toronto and the membership was looking for results. I postulate as well that even some of the inner most union persons were demanding to see their investment yield results, or they wanted out. So, money was collected at the stations I mentioned earlier, and with the exception of a few dollars to be left behind for Occupy Toronto to, not only use, but to use as a means of accounting to the occupiers, the remaining funds were funneled back into the unions books to recover at least some of what they had invested in originally. The unions were going to lose money, yes, but by funneling the funds back to the unions, the unions losses would be, at least, reduced and palatable to the members , and, the union insiders who had serious concerns about huge expenditures would at least see something coming back to them ( the unions ). I further postulate that Occupy Toronto, and possibly other occupies, were actually killed off by the unions. Sounds crazy doesn’t it? Or, does it? Think about it. By about the end of the third week of the Occupy Toronto encampment, there was a serious supply shortage issue. Everything was at dangerously low, or at non-existent levels by then. Supplies stopped coming in, even the Porto Potties were left filthy and un-emptied from that time to the point of eviction. The money was not coming in from the unions, the donations had dried up and the general public was not interested any longer. The public saw the park as a nuisance and health hazard and stayed away in droves. Word of the escalating violence got out, ( some of us made sure of that ) word of the rampant drug use got out and there was even a well publicized drug overdose in one of the drug lab tents. So, no union funding, no member funding, no public funding meant that the only viable solution was to pull out from Occupy Toronto, cut your losses and move on. Occupy Toronto has cost the unions many tens of thousands of their members dollars and more and more, it appeared that the unions where not going to get anything they had wanted. The unions were forced to take the cities contract offer, as the city told them outright that this is the only offer they ( the city ) will make, take it or leave it. The unions rather than risk a huge, unpopular and very costly strike, took the offer, hence, they were no longer going to need those disposable bodies that Occupy Toronto was going to provide as a ready made, strike picket line, with built in hostility and violence perpetrated by those who already had nothing to lose. The unions pulled out while they still could and not have to account, at least publicly, to the members for the huge financial support of the Occupy Toronto Encampment.
The loss of funds, however, did not stop the facilitators from inventing grandiose stories about what funds Occupy Toronto had on hand. There was a second secret meeting held by many of the same group of facilitators and once again, they were given a surprise visit from Lawrence, Susan, Don and Myself. Once again, the stories changed from person to person and once again, truthful answered were as scarce as diamonds on a can of coke. However, the pressure was not only on, but we increased it, confronted them ( the facilitators ) at every possible turn to get answers. While the answers where never the same, always changing, we knew the pressure was great and unrelenting. The facilitators could not escape the questions and answered were demanded at every turn and opportunity as the presented themselves. One never knew where we were going to turn up next. Even at a relatively “ safe “ activist conference at a powerful union stronghold, the Steelworkers hall, the questions just kept coming and coming. We feared nothing , no place and no one. When , or if , we wanted answers, we were going to find you and get what we could. These leaders / facilitators were not ready or prepared to deal with the unpredictable and we made a point of being predictably unpredictable.
So, the leaders / facilitators said many times that the unions were not the drivers of Occupy Toronto . OK, lets see if these same leaders / facilitators were telling us the truth :
Pictured below is John Cartwright , the head of the York and Toronto Region Labour Council that organizes the yearly Labour Day Parade in Toronto. He is also the husband of city councillor Paula Fletcher
Oh look, some images of Slippery Sid Ryan showing up for photo ops but ran faster than a a politician breaking an election promise once the cameras were off and gone :
Now, no good union co-opting would be complete without Fast Freddie Haun of CUPE :
And where ever Fast Freddie goes, the CUPE Flying Squad bus can’t be far behind:
Now, no good union co-opting is complete also without some good old boy from the anarchist group as seen here with Brenden Bruce, a legend in his own mind. However, he was quite reveling during a speech he gave at a local coffer house back in January of 2012 when he outright stated that the UNIONS bought and paid for the occupy movement, further, that some of the leaders / facilitators where on the union payroll, and further still, some continue to b eon their payroll even today ( today being January 2012 when he made the speech ) There were three other speakers as well at that same meeting, Lana Goldberg, Megan Kinch and one other person who’s name escapes me. Here, below is Brenden Bruce :
In part two, I will show the pictures of the one who worked secretly with the unions to screw occupy over. I will show the images of them and where they were, when they were there and who they were with. Here is a little hint, while most of occupy was freezing their butts off in the cold and rain, the highest level leaders / facilitators were dining at one of the more swanky hotels in Toronto, all covered of course, courtesy of the OFL. I’ll bed those beds even had a massage feature on them, something a wet sleeping bag and a tent didn’t offer. Stay tuned for part two …………….

The Rise and Fail of Occupy Toronto …….. a small update
Meow everyone. A few days ago, some of you will recall reading an article i wrote about some of the key players within the Occupy Toronto Movement. One person i wrote about at some length was Trey Winney . i postulated that he drank the Kool Aid and went back fro seconds . It appears that I was right, sadly. Here is a recent article he wrote ( he wrote this back on or about January 21 , 2013 :

Where if one person didn’t have enough waterOr it was too dirty, tainted or pollutedThe world would focus it’s attention to discerning what caused itAnd do everything in their power to make it right.
I am Hellbent on Revolution
I think of a place where ideas are freeThat we realize each of our ideas are built on each others thoughtsInterwoven mesh of brilliance, of ideas, creativity and contemplationEach person working to help the nextEgo long dead, long gone
Individuals working to protect our Sacred HomeworldIts inhabitants, each otherWith love, curiosity and respectRegardless of where we came from, sexuality, ability or genderWe are all capable of loveLet that unite us
I am Hellbent on Revolution
I demand peaceful, clean technologyThat all technology be used to ease the suffering of all sentient lifeThat mass killing machines, BloodOil and BloodMinerals be a thing of historyRemembered and never repeated
That the Oilbeast be slain where liesFor it is the fuel that drives us towards our very doomWith every barrel of Bloodoil raped from the EarthOne step closer to our absolute extinction

The Rise and Fail of Occupy Toronto…. part eight
Meow everyone. With mind control techniques, crack pipes and booze filled occupations, the inevitable was not far behind, that being the much anticipated and greatly desired ( by the area residents ) eviction of the occupy movement from the park. However, certain stake holders in Occupy Toronto were not quite done destroying the reputations of legitimate activists just yet. There were still perqs out there they wanted had a few tasks still to complete. Once again, as before, images used are a combination of my own and material found on line.
Before you read my story here, I very strongly urge you to go here and read this superior article posted here by GenuineWitty. He has a great insight into the way unions work and operate. I will be expanding on this in great detail in upcoming articles as well, but for now, read this first:
The players
If there was ever a clear and transparent view of how a cult works to take over the mind and them the body, Trey Winney is the poster child of this transformation. Trey Winney, like myself , was a marshal, and a good one, his calm demeanor was something I was in awe of actually. He could defuse a situation like no one I have seen do. I got to know him a little bit and was happy to call him a friend. We got along very well and we sought out each other when we need to talk, or vent, or both. Trey was a guy I had a great deal of respect for. I recall him, like myself, becoming so incensed at the drug use, the violence, the inactions of the facilitators when they were made aware of these things, he went on a hunger strike. I was only too happy to support him, comfort him when he needed and I did my best to ensure he remained healthy. He was always in the park.
One day, I noticed that he was away for a few days which for him was highly unusual. Sure enough, I checked his tent and as suspected, he was not there. He was so sick he had to go home for a few days to recover. Something happened. Trey would never use violence on anyone, however when he came back, he was a different person. His attitude was different, his approach was different, Trey was different. I watched him go from a peaceful person to what he is today, a person who is willing to use violence, is aggressive and hostile and as one former occupier told me, his whole life, now, revolves around protesting. He is close friends with Dave Vasey, and while he has every right of course to choose whom he wishes to befriend, I also think his fragile mental state is such that he will be lead into a situation, he cannot escape from, as a scapegoat for Vasey. I am not sad in any way that Occupy Toronto is no more. I am, however sad that a friend whom I actually liked and cared about, got sucked in by a cult. Trey is a good person making some bad decisions right now but please, don’t write him off as a result of these bad decisions. If he is strong, his heart and will, will lead him back to the real world. Occupy Toronto was not only destroying whatever potential it had as a movement to make positive change, it was destroying people who truly believed in it. Occupy destroyed whatever hopes people had. Occupy Toronto used people for the good of only a select few facilitators, who only their own self interests in mind, and treated everyone else as disposable.
Occupy indeed was an “ us vs. them “ cult, only, the “ them” was everyone who was not part of that close and secret inner circle. Trey Winney, sadly, fell into the spell and allure of the cult, its leaders and what the cult offered him. Trey, is a good person who must his own way back because right now, he is on the fast track to a prison cell at the rate and direction he is going. Trey is being used and manipulated, yet, the sad part is, he does not see this, does not recognize this as happening to him. When Trey is ready to return, there will be a friend there waiting for him to welcome him back and help him, as much, or as little as he wishes, to reinvent him back to the person he has the full potential to become. I don’t leave my friends, I don’t forget them, I give them whatever space they need to find themselves, and, I reassure then how good a person they actually are.
Mischa Saunders, Daniel Roth, Sarah Rotz, Lana Goldberg, Laine Newmann, Taylor Flook, Wilsun Tso, Nele Micheals, Kevin Konnyu, Bryan Batty, Sakura Saunders, Dave Vasey, Octavian Cadabeschi. These were the ones in total charge. Everything went through them first and foremost. They ran the show, or more correctly, they acted in the capacity of the front persons for Occupy Toronto, as occupy was really run by the unions. While this has not been established as absolute fact, it is widely rumored that CUPE, who had a huge vested interest in the Occupy Toronto movement, sent in one of their local senior executives, to not only monitor the daily activities of Occupy, but to ensure that Occupy was addressing the union concerns first and foremost, basically making sure union agendas and mandates were the top priority of Occupy Toronto. There was always a senior union official form at least one of the various unions at the Occupy Toronto encampment, or very near by. This was not random chance , but rather, it was by design.
Pictured above is Dave Vasey . He will protest cookies if it suites him. He is one of the top professional protestors in Ontario
Pictured above is Laine Ziessmann Neumann. She is a Grad student at Ryerson University and was a low level Occupy leader
Pictured above is Misha Saunders ( no relation to Sakura Saunders ) Misha WAS the TOP leader of Occupy Toronto.
Pictured above is Octavian ( last name attached to the file name ) Octavian was a senior leader in Occupy and was the one in charge of marches and union protests. Octavia was / is also very closely connected to the OFL and Sid Ryan. This will be shown in an upcoming article soon.
Pictured above is Daniel Roth. Daniel was the number two person at Occupy Toronto and is a strong anti Israel protestor, now living in Tel-Aviv
Pictured above is Sarah Rotz. Sarah was the number three top leader at Occupy
Pictured above is Taylor Flook aka Taylor Chelsea. Taylor identifies as anarchist and is one of the top professional protestors in this country and like Dave Vasey, is Rukus Society Trained .
Pictured above is Wilsun Tsu ( far left ) He was in charge of the entire logistics team at Occupy Toronto
Pictured above is Sakura Saunders. She will play the poor helpless little simple girl well, however, her globe trotting gives her away rather easily. She is one of the top professional protestors in Canada and runs a anti Barrack Gold protest site .
Pictured above is Lana Goldberg , ( far left ) AKA Lana Brite. Lana is the partner of Dave Vasey and is a union organizer with very close ties to the OFL as will be seen in an upcoming article.
The above persons are named as the name of the image file. These people profited from Occupy Toronto, They did it while hiding the facts from YOU. They claimed that Occupy was totally open and transparent, yet, nothing about it was that. Occupy was really Occu-LIE. Occupy was run by the Unions, FOR the unions. These leaders / Facilitators did what the unions wanted them to do and this will be proven in the next series of stories.
There was the anarchist contingent as well, however, and quite surprisingly, the anarchists were some of best behaved people at the park. On marches of course, it was the usual “ fuck the police “ make the rich pay and the usual pointless slogans we have become accustomed to hearing. As much as I dislike anarchy as I understand it, and keep in mind that I do not claim to understand anarchy as the anarchists themselves explain it, I was quite surprised to see a different side of the anarchists than what I have seen previously. While there was the usual “ lets just smash shit up contingent “ , what impressed me was the fact that several of these anarchists are actually very well educated. This broke of the first stereotypes I had of anarchists. If I was going to be at the occupation encampment, there was no reason for me not to learn about some of the groups and people who were there as well. I actually worked along side one of the cities best known anarchists, as both of us of acted in the capacity of marshal. Brandon, if you are reading this, we may not agree on many things but I did form a considerable respect for you, as you were always respectful to me.
Brandon is now reported to be living in Montreal. He uses Brandon Gray online but is also known as Brandon Gamble, Brandon Gambleu and Brandon Gamblen.
One of the things I learned about anarchy and anarchists was that anarchy itself cannot be stereotyped into one group or type of persons. Anarchists do come from many walks of life. I still do not understand anarchy, but at least, from the little exposure I did have with them, I did learn one or two things that were very much in contradiction to what I had envisioned in my mind. NO, there is zero chance of me becoming an anarchist.
There was the hippy contingent as well. The usual flowers in the hair, singing peace songs, playing with hula hoops and in some cases, smelling as if they had not had a shower in years. One thing was certain. If occupy Toronto was to succeed, it wasn’t going to succeed with hippies running the show. They were to busy banging drums and smoking pot. It seemed that to them the answers to all issues were , “ meh, bang on the drums and see what happens”. I’m sure twenty years from now, they may want to spend time questioning the logic of banging a drum, while the rest of society was actually solving problems.
Sunni Ellise Rochelle was one person struck me as a bit of an anomaly in that she runs a small street vender stand selling home made jewellery. Funny , however, she claimed to hate what business stood for yet she runs one. She played the hippy card flawlessly, yet she was one a very few who seemed to be able to fit into side of reason as well. She is very mellow and easy going and even with all that went on in the park, I never once saw her get upset or angry, at least not visibly.
There was Kevin Konnyu. There were many stories going around that he was some sort of super agent, well , just about everyone was given that title at one time or another at the park. Kevin is a very skilled photographer in the Toronto area who has been shooting for about six or seven years if I recall what he said correctly. He has a very good eye for detail and his angles are quite impressive. I don’t agree with his politics, however, as an artist, I admire his work. However, Kevin, like Trey Winney seemed to overindulge in the occupy Kool Aid. Like Winney, he went back for seconds. Kevin is well known in the Parkdale area of Toronto and is believed to be in a relationship with another Occupy Toronto low level leader, Nele Michelles ( sp ) Kevin can often be seen applying his skills at local roller derby events .
There was Krystalline Kraus. I would go into detail about the level of stupidity she exhibits on a regular basis but I would have to use big and intellectual sounding words, something she once asked me to stop using, because, according to her, “ that is the language of the one percent.” If someone can explain the meaning of big words to her using crayons, I would appreciate it, so would she.
Pictured above is Krystalline Krause. Please don’t use big and intellectually sounding words around her for if you do, she will ask you to stop and they are clearly the language of the so called 1% . If you question her, she will go into a long winded diatribe using small words ( that match her intellect ) about how oppressive, racist, sexist , homophobic and mysogonistic you are. If you reply with anything ever remotely close to intelligent use of words, she will conclude that you are a British Agent because you speak too articulately . It would also be helpful if someone would teach her the difference between a sacred fire and a Canadian Tire BBQ grill, for she seems to not know the difference.
I had indicated that Bryan Batty was one of the original Occupy Toronto organizers, and indeed, he was. However, Bryan was quite different from the rest of the organizers in that he is smart, intelligent, and based on my discussions with him, he has a clarity that many people for senior in years would love to have. It is my firm belief that Bryan was left to be a figure head of occupy, sort of as a media guy because it was he who go things going. However, I am equally convinced that Bryan was forced out by these professional protestors because Bryan had a vision that was true to what occupy was to be premised upon. I think as well, that had Bryan been left to run the show, Occupy would have been vastly different, far better focused, run smoothly, methodically, better organized focused based and goal oriented. Bryan and I did not agree on everything but were both smart enough to know when to agree to disagree, move forward and get things done. Bryan is a guy I had a lot of respect for, still do.
Occupy Toronto was an anomaly and a great set of contradictions. Occupy Toronto claimed to ensure a safe space policy yet, went out of its way to make certain people feel as unwelcome and unsafe as possible. Occupy Toronto claimed to greatly oppose the so called appropriation of certain cultures, yet went out of the way to ensure that things like yoga and meditation was a huge part of Occupy. Of course, both of those come from eastern cultures. It seemed as if it was just fine to use the cultures of some for exploitation, yet other cultures are seemingly, so called, untouchable. It was really just a flavor of the month when it came to what was to be exploited and what was to be left alone. The leaders / facilitators were the sole entity that was to decide what was to be followed and what was to remain as untouched. Democracy at its finest, just like every other communist country leader they worship and aspire to be.
Occupy Toronto failed at even the most basic task of sticking to its own ideals, simply because, Occupy Toronto had no concept of what works, and how, nor did they want to know what works , and how. How could it know, look who was running it and one soon sees why failure was synonymous with Occupy Toronto. The failure of Occupy Toronto was etched in stone long before it got started, but rather than walk away with something, anything, the leaders / facilitators wanted to bleed the movement out of every possible microbe of life it could, and for the personal gain of only a very select few. To get the answers to what was gained, and by whom, simple, follow the money.
Over the next few days Occupy Toronto teetered at the brink of death only to meet its inevitable fate after 40 days. However, while Occupy Toronto may have finally died, in its then current incarnation, it transformed into the very monster it claimed to oppose. These leaders, facilitators where not quite done with mind control just yet. In a strange sort of way, Occupy Toronto did something that I, as a marshal was not able to accomplish. St. James park was home to just about every scum bag drug dealer in the city. You wanted drugs, it was there. Violence was part and parcel to the park.
What Occupy did accomplish was a clean up of the park, including a complete make over complete with increased police presence such that it is now a safe park to go to, the drug dealers have gone, the violence is greatly reduced, the homeless no longer sleep there, or certainly not in any significant numbers and the area residents can once again enjoy a park that has considerable history attached to it. People can walk their dogs again, play with their kids and be glad to know that they are not likely to find syringes and crack pipes littering the park as it did before. No, Occupy didn’t clean the park, the city did. Occupy was so unwelcome and unwanted, a reputation it deserved, that the city and residents worked together to get the park cleaned up and make the park an unwelcome place to anyone even remotely linked to Occupy. While Occupy left the park, it also left many unanswered questions that many wanted some serious answers to. The research, the digging, the exposing was about to get into high gear. Time to get some answers, a lot of people wanted answers. There was no shortage of questions, just too few answers and seemingly, very few of them being provided by the leaders / facilitators, if any, as being true.
With everything that took place at the park, one question resonated with the vast majority of those who were at the park, were the finances. This was a deeply hidden secret, a secret in an organization that claimed to be fully open and transparent. In the next section, I will address the subject of the Occupy Toronto finances and will offer my opinion as to what really happened to the money.
Over the next few upcoming articles , I will be making some very direct connections between the leaders / facilitators of Occupy Toronto and the unions, something they claim was utterly false and never existed. Too bad that i have the images from events that prove otherwise. Also, as a student, you are going to want to start paying very close attention here as there will be a revelation or two that will be of interest to you as well. your student union leaders are not exactly working for YOU . Stay tuned ………..
